The 1 bedroom room was nice and spacious and it had all we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. We only visited one out of the four pools and it was good to have a restaurant onsite where we could order drinks and food from the pool side (couldn't get the QR code to work from our room). Woolworths was very close by and few takeaway shops and a cafe if needed.

The pools had no shade and we couldn't order room service using the QR code in our rooms. The staff member taking food orders at the restaurant wasn't friendly when we had lunch on new years eve.

We had a fantastic stay recently despite the very wet weather of NQ lately. I can’t speak more highly of the staff who were so friendly and accommodating, consistently every meal time no matter how busy or run off their feet they were - always time for a smile, have a chat and go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Rooms cool, dark and comfortable for sleep. Great shower pressure. Pools are fantastic. Bistro food such great value, awesome portions and delicious options. Hope to stay again soon!

We picked this for price so with that in mind it was very good, because it’s cheap. The surrounds are pleasant, with lawn looking out to rainforest, and many cute wallabies in the morning. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the lady serving was absolutely delightful, singing and keen to make us welcome. The food choices and quality were as good as any I’ve had.

I missed any kind of extras like a mini kitchenette. You end up eating at the pub on site which was ok but nothing special for dinner. The rooms are tired, smell musty and there’s little privacy unless you shut the curtains because people continually walk straight past. And a shower curtain… yuck.

Lovely room, great size. Nice bathroom too. Little patio leading out to a nice pool area. It would have been helpful to have had basic crockery in the room.Great to have a free shuttle that dropped us off and picked us up in a few places so we could walk as the location was further away from Mission Beach main bit than anticipated, great for the Greyhound stop though! Friendly staff.

We had to go and ask for bowls and cutlery to have breakfast and a snack. It was quite a long way to Mission Beach centre, we like to walk but others might find it too far.

Good value for money. Mid-range quality accommodations. Restaurant on site for meals. Pool towels provided. Comfortable bed. Dated bathroom but functional and great shower water pressure and hot water.

The screen door was off the runners when we arrived. Fixed it ourselves so no biggie. Ceiling fan only had 2 speeds. The slowest speed was not functional which is a bit disappointing as 2nd speed was too much. No freezer in the room fridge which is a bit annoying when travelling. Not much to dislike really for the price we paid.

The breakfasts were buffet & a wide range of food on offer. The rooms are comfortable and lead directly on to several pools within the resort. Staff were always smiling & helpful. This was our second visit, we returned due to how well we liked it last year.

The weather, which was out of the Resort's control. A packet cereal at the breakfast was in date but tasted somewhat stale.

Buffet breakfast was awesome! The lady at breakfast (Mandy?) was amazing! She was so cheery and helpful! Pool was awesome, kids loved it! Just wish it was a bit warmer during our stay so we could have used it more. Room was huge and had everything we needed. Huge comfy bed and enormous bathroom with spa bath. Close walk to beach and shops. Great parking even with a high car.

Be nice if the spa was heated for the colder rainy days.

Spacious facility, close to the beach and standard size motel room ⛱🌊 It's quiet and safe with a few nice pools and laundry area. It is family oriented with a nice kids play area in bistro. Good staff and really great bistro meals 👍 Unfortunately, no standard microwave or basic toaster as in all motel rooms -so be prepared to spend for all meals elsewhere! This must change to conform to normal motel room standards in Australia.

It needs immediately to conform to standard motel rooms at this price range - so include a basic toaster, microwave and plates/bowls/utensils. Otherwise it is unreasonable.

The breakfast was magnificent, couldn't be better The staff all so friendly and helpful The room always tidied and clean towels provided daily

It is hard to fault the place, but I think the only thing for us is that there could have been more chairs in the pool area as every time we wanted to sit out there they were taken

The room was so big and comfortable. Great hot shower. Walked out on the patio then a few steps into a beautiful pool. Very clean. A short walk to the beach. Short drive to mission Beach.

Bathroom door handle was broken. A bit of a walk from your car to the room. Came back at night and no lights to see from the carport to the room and pool. Didn't get the room I had booked.
