We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Sejala Huts. The room is beautifully presented, including a super comfy luxurious bed. The hosts have thoughtfully gone over and above and thought of every little detail, to ensure a comfortable five star stay. Included is a very generous welcome basket. Sensational location, nestled amongst a stunning, rainforest garden, overlooking Dunk Island. A short stroll to Joey's cafe, a must do, for coffee lovers. And  a choice of dining options and bars. Stay and do nothing or take a short drive to multiple waterfalls and rainforest walks. We took a walk along the breathtaking, Kennedy's track and encountered a large Cassowary 😮. We enjoyed dips in the amazing pool to manage any humidity. Pack very little. Everything is taken care of. Thanks very much to our hosts, Sarah, Janet and Colin.  I hope you'll have us back.

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was the best plenty of fruit plus cereal and coffee great way to start our day, the walk to the beach was so close through the palms etc, then the beach so open and expansive

Our only criticism was that the bed was a little hard, not even remotely soft, these days we travel in cabins or apartments in most there either a large Queen or King bed with a good mattress. Having said this we would return to this property Janet was a great host.

With no hesitation we would recommend Sejala Beach Huts, perfect for couples, perfect location, spotlessly clean and very thoughtful surprise additions, everything you would look forward to and more. The louvre shutters and double front doors bought the outside in, just what you want in the tropics.

Nothing not to like

Awesome owners/managers, they could not be any more helpful. (they even stood out in the rain with a torch at 9.30pm to make sure we could see the entry). The hut was beautiful and so comfortable, it really was so relaxing. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location is a short stroll to everything you need.

The Weather LOL

Such a great location on the beach, yet protected by such a lush garden. While on the smaller side, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The fruit and extra goodies were much appreciated!

We weren't expecting breakfast goods, the fridge was stocked with yoghurt and fruit enough for our 5 day stay. The accommodation was absolutely fantastic.

I cannot fault this property.

This place is a little gem. So much effort by the owner has gone into making it so special. Lots of little extras and touches. Very quiet and you feel as though you are the only people around. Easy walk to dining and some shops. Right on the beach.

Amazing location with wonderful hosts..loved the fruit bowl and thoughtful treats, breakfast was a bonus with loads of coffee pods.

Wasn’t anything not to like.

We loved to sit on the deck. It was so tranquil. The lush gardens were a joy and we felt very private. Nice swimming pool too.

Kitchen facilities were tight but workable. The electric bbq on the deck was great. The whole room was a touch small but still very ok.

The attention to detail was superb which really made it a home from home. A great place to relax and linger - not just a typical accommodation that you use as a base to sleep and for nothing else.

The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was advertised as heated and it was not.
