The location was excellent. It turned out to be next door to the function we were there to attend. Our room was clean and tidy although it obviously was old with a few battle scars. We only needed a bed for the night and a shower in the morning and all was what we needed. Price was right too. The little girl who booked us in looked about 15 (she was probably older but she did look young) but she was so efficient. She was working the till at the bar when we arrived, then raced straight to reception to organise our stay at the same time another couple arrived so she had us both sorted inside 10 minutes, which included my having to go find my ID.

I can't suggest anything that wouldn't involve a LOT of money being spent and taking into account the size of the town and how things have changed lately, it isn't necessary.

The staff were amazing during my stay here. I got stuck for the night when the road was closed due to flooding. The room was comfortable and clean and the meals were delicious. This iconic hotel was better than I expected and I’m glad I stayed here. If I needed a stop over again I would definitely stay again. It’s a shame there was no beer, or was there? Hmmm …. :) Thanks again, I look forward to calling in on my way through next time.

The couple running the place, were very friendly and nothing was too hard. They answered numerous questions, allowed us to view a room before we booked. Excellent value, excellent clean room. The bathroom supplies were beautiful to use.

Their wasn't more cookies to have with your coffee, kidding. We were a little unsure of where to park and how to access the motel, without doing a large walk around numerous shops with all our luggage.

Beds super comfortable as were the pillows. Great location for a walk around town. Easy to find and check in. Room good size. Had what we needed to be comfortable. Liked the old hotel feel and the walk up the stairs added to the atmosphere.

We stayed one night in a Queen room. The room was small but acceptable for the price. It was clean and had good amenities. Rooms require you to use stairs so not good for anyone with mobility issues.

The guy that booked us in was lovely and friendly, the beds were comfy and we were across the road from the venue we went to a show at so very good.

Everything was good

While the hotel is an older facility, it’s transitioning from a previous owner, thus some things were lacking, overall the staff were very good.

Wifi was somewhat weak to nonexistent, again the facility is in transition and may well be better going forward.

Location was excellent, staff were lovely, check in and out was easy. Would stay again.

The bathrooms need a bit of a refresh but are functional

It's an older hotel, but right in the centre of Ingham. The food in the bistro is outstanding 👌 Great for what we needed
