The location was awesome, right across from a tavern, with the North Lakes Westfield just around the corner, too! The room was super cute! It was really lovely and was comfortable for a motel! Definitely will be booking again in the future! I think you definitely get what you pay for. Although it is pricey, for Brisbane standards, I think it was good value.

I think the only downside is you are right next to the motorway, so you can definitely hear the traffic. But for me and my husband, it was like white noise, so it didn't really bother us. The pillows on the bed were not the nicest. If I you do book here, bring your own, haha.

Clean well-kept room. Comfortable bed and lots of room space for two. Everything worked except there was a dead globe in one of the reading lights. Very conveniently located as tavern and shopping centre within easy walking distance

Sadly this motel no longer allows pets As we always travel with two dogs in our car this is disappointing. We had to park our vehicle out in the public carpark to ensure our dogs were not near the rooms. Vanity cupboard under basin in bathroom is very small - not enough room to store two toiletry bags

That the room had a clean well lit bright little kitchen toilet n bathroom - and what I loved the most was kallangur motel supplied a face washer - most hotel have hand towels but do not supply a face washer so I totally liked that as I’d forgotten to bring my own face washer - the other thing I liked was it had a little private back yard area n front area and ash trays were supplied ☺️🙏

For what I paid n comparing to other motels i have stayed at in that price range kallangur hotel is on my favourite list .

flight landed at 930pm so didn't get to motel till about 11pm was late check in but i already told Kallanger about very late check in they were fine and was very clear with late check in introduction with padlock key Pin number. tell you what tho location was perfect everything you need close by walking distance like everything puds fast food shopping center..and room I was very surprised and impressed how it's all set up making room feel big using every space. myself and family loved beds comfortable and warm but bonus was bathroom nice clean and shower was awesome water pressure so good and plenty of hot water after long travel with family of 5 needed it was so Good even tho if was just for one night But SUCH a good way to Start our Family holiday before heading to the GC in the A.M ❤️

A little difficult to find in the dark, almost didn’t notice it tucked up behind the tavern - maybe a little note could be made to ensure it is more easily located. But great location otherwise! No dining table. It was quite a chilly night so we definitely weren’t sitting outside to have a quick dinner on the patio setting. Understandable there isn’t a lot of space but it felt really really taboo sitting on the bed to eat dinner.

It was with some trepidation that we booked accommodation in Kallangur due to some bad history about this suburb. Any trepidation was quickly swept away from the moment we checked in. Our overnight stay was excellent from the check in through to checking out. An unexpected bonus was the close proximity to the Kallangur Taven, which was less than 5 minutes walk away where excellent friendly service was provided. Overall a great stay and totally recommended.

Good location, it was walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Free wifi had great coverage. Good clean bedding. And the room in general was clean and it was very quiet.

Pillows on the bed were not very lush, didn't provide a lot of support. The bathroom floor got really slippery, had to put a tow down on the floor in the shower as i was scared of falling. Hot water service was pretty poor.

I appreciate any stay that clean & quiet with no hassles and your motel ticked all the boxes. If I'm in the vicinity in the future, I'd be happy to book one of your rooms again. Also, I loved the big TV. Too many establishments skimp on this item's size.

I think that I may have slept a bit easier if the security latch on the door had a chain, but the locked door worked fine and at no time did I feel unsafe. A bath mat for when I exited the shower would have helped. I had to use a towel.

Bed was very comfortable. TV had local stations and good reception. I liked the ability to sit outside at the front or back. Love that they don’t allow smoking inside. Close to eateries and other shops, plus tavern.

It’s old and probably could do with a renovation. Ceiling joins are dark with dirt or mould. Paint off in places and some big chips in floor tiles.

Easy to find. Easy check-in. I had an allocated parking spot. The room was quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. You couldn't hear the traffic even though you're close to Anzac Avenue. There are shops and food close-by as well. The room does look like the photos in the ad.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but it worked fine.
