The location and style of rooms. Well set out and good space. Great view. Very comfortable. Easy parking. Lovely area, close to eateries for convenience. Beautiful waterfront.

Not enough cooking equipment, no microwave safe containers, no tongs. no milk, too few soap bars which were too small for the dishes and fell frustratingly through. Not enough dishwasher tablets.(2 for 6 days). Quite a bit of long hairs left in bathroom and on sheets. ONLY one very poor quality old TV which glitched all the time. Wifi does not support five people. After hours check in was In personal over intercom with gruff staff member. (Could not hear properly). Close apartments so a bit noisy.

Spacious, clean, nice balcony, swimming pool, spa and sauna.

It was winder and quite cold, but only a top sheet with no doona in the room, only trows, we got quite cold at night. Reception hours are only a couple hours a day. When we arrived at reception at check out, nobody was there. We put the key in the box. Nobody told us that we’ll need the key to open the car garage roller door. Getting out of the car park was thus time consuming as we had to wait for someone else to drive out on a very quiet day. Nobody picked up the phone when calling for help.

Perfect for our holiday over Xmas break, - We had a 3 room apartment, There was no one working on the building site next door - so that was nice The room was fantastic , had everything we needed, late check in worked perfectly. Parking was ok once we working out to use the room numbers park - as visitor ones were bit sparse. Would stay again , great location . Had everything we needed - Well equiped room. #802.

Cleaning lets this place down, like many places now days , poor cleaning . I just wish cleaning staff would put effort in.

The new building being built next door start very early 7am and a single blind does not block out noise and light so very early start to the morning, the window had no flyscreen and extremly unsafe if you have children as i was on the 3rd floor and a child could easily open and fall out, the carpark underground has 2 levels, very small spaces and extremely confusing where to park with multiple signs put up everywhere of residents own parking bays

We loved that Donna was very thoughtful of our 10 day stay and we were very grateful for her. Husband and wife duo (Donna and Leo)😍 they really took the time, to show us the facilities. We enjoyed our time at the resort, it was clean, and the residents was very friendly and helpful also. We definitely would go back there and recommend 👌 this place to anyone who is looking for a great peaceful clean place to stay in Brisbane. The pool, the spa and sauna 😍 👌. Cafe when you come out of the front door. Great location, there's also a grocery store 1 minute walk. Just an amazing place to stay when you on holiday, had everything we needed 🙌

There was nothing we didn't like about the place🤗

Bit miffed that I went to retrieve our car and found a curt note on the windscreen asking us to move it as it was in a private park space. We had followed the instructions to the letter and chose a park 312 which was the unit number. Evidently it was not for us to park in a visitors park space according to the sheet we were given. Not a happy end to a good retreat for my husband and I.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The position was perfect with a lovely view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

The blind in the bedroom needs replacing with a block out blind. The early morning sun penetrating in was uncomfortable. There a pigeons roosting on the aircon cover, which didn't bother us at all except it would be nice if the poop was cleaned off the outdoor lounge.

location is lovely, i had the small room (of the duel key apartments) and there was Zero view (which is fine for me). Very badly designed compared to other Duel Key apartments i've stayed in. Bathroom was great, tv was big, ac (i didn't use) was nice. Free car parking and easy to read after hrs check in.

office shut at 4.30pm, freezer was sooo over frozen the door wouldn't close, and looks like it's hanging in on fishing line lol. the beautiful Italian restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch and the other other options were fish and chips. The bowls in the kitchen were baby sized, the cups also miniature. Having to take out my own rubbish was a bit interesting.

Great location! Excellent facility and value for money. Secure parking and entrance at all times. See you again in 2025

The bath tub is only good for children Hard to step in and out off for elderly people Walk in shower is easiest Blow up bath tubs are available these days for kids ( make blow up bath tubs an optional extra ) Single rooms don’t need a bath tub

The blinds were only mesh and didn’t keep the sun and light out in the morning There needed to be a blockout blind or curtain as well It also lacked privacy as al night time you could see through and into the bedroom and lounge from outside The aircon also does not go into the bedroom so it was quite warm in there The television was quite small like the size most places have in the bedroom and there was no television in the bedroom
