I stayed at Ainslie Manor Bed and Breakfast with my mother the night before I competed in the Jetty 2 Jetty Half Marathon and Fun Run. The property was in a good location as it was at the northern end of Redcliffe - close to Redcliffe Parade and the centre of Redcliffe but quieter and more suburban. It was signposted well which made it easy to locate and the property had a spacious balcony and pool where it was nice to relax. The facilities in the twin room I booked were adequate for a one night stay and the beds were comfortable and warm to sleep in. The cost of staying at Ainslie Manor Bed and Breakfast was affordable compared to other accommodation options in Redcliffe and the Moreton Bay Region during the weekend I stayed there. I'd definitely consider staying here again when competing in the marathon and/or half marathon events for the Jetty 2 Jetty Half Marathon and Fun Run.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property. The property and all rooms were entered via access codes which took some tries to get used to however this was a secure way to enter the property and rooms without having to rely upon a key or room tag.

The breakfast offer looked great, however we didn't really need breakfast that morning, just coffee in the room and David had some muesli

There was no body wash left in the container in the shower, the smoke alarm was just dangling from the ceiling. Would have liked a bath mat instead of having to use a bath towel. The noise from the little fridge was a bit bothersome, but we could have turned it off, couldn't we? The bedside & overhead lights weren't strong enough to read by.

Upon arrival the wonderful homely feel of Ainslie Manor hits you. It’s like a classy elegant lady just waiting to make your stay special. The host Lynne was a delight. So very friendly and helpful. She has thought of everything to make your stay happy and comfortable. The room was clean and comfy. Glass doors onto a patio overlooking pool. Great location. Wonderful ammenities. Breakfast of juice, yoghurt, fruit, toast, tea and coffee is a welcome bonus and you have the option of cooked for a very small price if you want. The only thing I can fault is we only stayed one night…. Will definitely book again and will stay longer!

Ainslie Manor B&B is located within easy walking distance to the cafe and shopping strip of Redfern. Lynne is an excellent host who was friendly, helpful and very accommodating when it came to looking after our luggage for an early and late departure. The continental breakfast was excellent value, but for those who need it a cooked breakfast is also available at a reasonable cost. Rooms generous in size and bed comfortable.

Short walk to shops and beach, easy after hours access, comfortable bed. Charming host. Room easily cooled with good ventilation, fan and air con which we didn't need despite 27c weather. Included continental breakfast was good. Toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea enough for a great start to the day. Host was welcoming, friendly and accomodating with any request.

Room a bit dated, not a major concern, everything worked and was comfortable.

Our host Lynne was so friendly and had good local recommendations! The pool was lovely a day clean and we enjoyed a nice afternoon swim without anyone else. The breakfast in the morning was nice and was a lovely opportunity to chat to some other guests too. The air con and ceiling fan meant we were comfortable temp. The restaurants were conveniently close to the accommodation too.

It was a little noisy with guests moving around at night and early morning but wasn't a big deal for the most part.

A beautiful 3-story house, situated in a quiet street, centrally located to the beach and restaurants and walking distance to the entertainment centre. The owner, Lyn, is a wonderful person who made us feel welcome into her home. The room was perfect, exceptionally clean and a very comfy bed. The (included) continental breakfast was well presented and more than adequate.

We absolutely loved everything about Ainslie Manor, it exceeded every expectation we had! The property was beautiful, rooms lovely and clean, continental breakfast was great too. Was a bonus to be able to purchase a hot breakfast too. We loved sitting around the table with the other guests and enjoyed the extra perks of a homely B&B. Lynne was a fabulous host and we couldn't recommend this place higher to anyone looking to stay.

Lynne was so friendly and helpful, location was great , continental breakfast was nice , Our room was comfortable with nice balcony and right by the stairs to the swimming pool which my husband was happy with . I would certainly stay again , Thank you Lynne

The house was amazing, so beautiful and clean. Lynne was so accomodating and easy going. The pool was great and it was only 3 minute walk to the beach where the swimming was excellent. We felt safe and secure and was a quiet part of town
