Apartment 16 is a first floor spacious, well equipped 4 person apartment. Well appointed & laid out, spacious and secure lock and key screens to external doors. Easy weatherproof stair access from garage. Good separation between living and sleeping zones. Well laid out & equipped kitchen. Wifi connection was useful. Good spaces in main ensuited bedroom. Very nice night and day views through the grounds overlooking pool area, down Silvan beach to jetty, Bribie bridge, across Pumicestone Passage to Spinaker Sound, Sandstone point and beyond.

The lounge exterior glass sliding door and windows needed a clean to let the amazing view through without distraction. Finger marks on white door surfaces needed a good clean off. Google maps cant find the main drive in access, which is not on Silvan Beach Esp.

The location and facilities were fantastic. The staff we met were super friendly and helpful. The secure parking was tight, but useful. The size of the rooms were great. The location directly opposite the pool was lovely.

Larger cars would find it difficult to park in garage. We have a small SUV and found it tight, but still a helpful space to park, and very secure.

THE STAY: We got upgraded as a surprise and without explanation. The expected room had become a vast apartment of which we used the spacious bedroom, the bathroom with private spa and sauna (we didn't find the switch until we left), the kitchen, the dining table and the big deck (balcony) with 180 degrees on the water.

ARRIVAL: Google Maps brought us to a gate and it was unclear what to do. So we drove around to the esplanade (which is the address), walked into the property with a resident who showed us the Reception, then we drove again around to the gate, this time with the remote control to get in, and into the lock-in garage.

Quite,spacious, and comfy , the pool was clean and beach and fishing across the road, kids were happy, we were happy, host Shae was great , also close walk to coffee shop and seafood take away , we sat in for lunch overlooking the passage, thanks .

perfectly located, cute and cozy with beautiful grounds surrounding the pool and back gate access straight across to the water, with water views from the unit.

unfortunately we didn’t take any photos as we were out and about so much.

Position, privacy, security, layout of units, parking, views, guests information, provided appliances, pantry items and cleaning products, TV streaming options (great for rainy days).

Only slight issue with twin bed mattresses; they were a bit hard; the sofa was more comfortable.

The location of the unit is on the quieter side of the bridge. Quick access to the walking path and morning coffee was an added bonus. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, while the laundry facilities were an added bonus.

I did find on occasion the jet boats, ski's and pool noise could travel into the unit and this is not unusual for a water location, any noise was not continuous and settled in time.

Modern refurbished unit was very nice. Excellent pool and location.

The only thing I could complain about is the landings/stairwells need a good clean they are a bit grimey.

Has been well upgraded by all appearances with nice tiles, bathrooms etc. Nice view from the balcony and close to somewhere to eat. Bellara has very nice walk down the Esplanade.

Sone units are residential. The people above ours made a lot of noise, with a car coming and going very late more than one night. It has its own garage.

The location was perfect, plenty of room in the apartment, the pool and tennis courts accessible. Just a lovely stay, would do it again

No wifi available only in public places. The apartment floor wasn't mopped as it was tacky and dirty under foot. Few chipped tiles on the floors. But overall that was it.
