Absolutely loved the sound proofing on the room, not for THAT we just could never hear anybody outside and we liked to play music, watch Netflix and stay up late. it seemed we weren't a bother to anyone! I hope so anyways. The location meant going to either the sunny coast or Brisbane was a fun trip away and room service was always so great to come back to after a day out. The table was SICK and the shower was SICK (especially how big the bathroom was) and the bed was super comfortable in my opinion. Like a motel with a comfortable bed come on now that's crazy. Loved being able to park so close. The TV was great! Loved watching stuff on it. The freezer has an ice cube tray and it SAVED us.

I can't say I have many complaints at all. Just that it was a surprise when our room and the wall sized window were positioned directly next to reception, and in view of several rooms. The curtains certainly solved the issue of privacy but doing stuff like chatting outside felt odd in the open like that. That's very likely just a me thing, and you can't help where the room is y'know?

The patio area was really nice, with nice plants and trees. The room had everything you needed, like fridge and microwave, dining table and chairs. It was close to many different places to shop. We arrived late due to weather and traffic but was able to check in after hours, which was a relief.

The patio area was really nice, but it could have been more private from the rooms either side. You can't keep the doors open onto the patio, because of cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms.

Fashionable and large room, bed comfortable, facilities good. Beautiful riverside location, wildlife was very evident. Shops and great coffee shop very close by.

Our room was on the bottom of a split level building which made it more difficult to unload the car and take luggage to our room. However, the staff helped us with our heavier bags without being asked. This was highly appreciated as we are both seniors.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. We were attending an event at Sandstone Point Hotel which was not far of a drive from the motel. The room was spacious, clean and even had views of the river at our balcony! Despite being close to the main road, the noise was minimal and we had a comfortable night's sleep.

The bedroom was kind of open plan with the bathroom meaning the spa and shower were in full view from the bed. We just took turns sitting on the couch and dining table chairs which were sectioned off from the bedroom/bathroom to give each other privacy. Could be nice for couples though?

This is honestly the nicest motel we have stayed in during many visits to Caboolture. The room was nice, good WiFi, plenty of power sockets located in useful places, cutlery, crockery all provided. Very friendly owner, not to mention their slobbery, playful, friendly boxer. The location was great with shops and takeaway options within walking (or easy driving) distance. Room was also spotlessly clean.

If I had to pick one thing, I would prefer a shower with a shower screen, rather than a curtain, but that’s picking nits!

It was a large room with dining table, and all that you could wish for, for an overnight stay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I thought that their laundry management was excellent. You paid $5 for sachets of soap liquid, use of the washing machine and the drier. They were all in new condition and super easy to use. I wish more people would use this arrangement as it was so easy. We had a wonderful walk around the lake in the park next door and enjoyed watching all the different birds coming in to roost at end of day.

I mentioned that my pillow was too hard for me, and was asked if I had looked for the spare softer ones in the wardrobe. I hadn’t! So very sorry for bringing that up!! But the comment was taken on board and I was thanked for my comments about their laundry system.

The owner was fantastic, she made our family group so welcome. Was able to place us in rooms close to each other. Can not fault the service we were given. Rooms were clean and serviced daily!

The bathrooms need a bit a update, they are not bad, just old. The other bad thing was the road noise, but that's a location issue.

Was lovely and clean. Reception staff was very kind. Patio area was lovely and made the whole place seem much bigger/in nature with the palms and established plants. I requested for some balloons to be put into the room for my son's birthday - they did this no problems at all! Was very happy with their willingness to do that for us 😀

Beds were quite firm. TV didn't have access to Netflix or Disney (not a smart tv, only had free to air channels)

Lovely layout with plenty of parking. Zoe at reception was lovely as was Oscar Rooms were a good size with everything you need, bed was a bit hard for my liking but thats a personal choice Great outdoor lighting and even better blinds to keep the light out if the room at night

If you are older or have bad knees/ back the water view rooms have stairs down to them, but parking is close

The furnishings were appropriate and considered. The view was good and the general size of the unit was good.

Didn't appreciate the very noisy people in the adjoining room. Not a fan of a shower over a bath, it's a trip hazard especially for older people, and considering this was a room for only two people who needs a bath tub anyway. Also the floor of the unit wasn't clean, and you can't watch the TV from the bed.
