Good shower, sink in kitchen area as well as in bathroom. Desk. Complimentary Tea and coffee making supplies and bottles of water. Smart TV. Good wifi. Close to shops and convenient for our needs. Clean.

No spare blankets supplied, so I woke up cold in the night. (There is decent aircon but my son sleeps hot so the option of an extra blanket would be useful) Gaps in blinds so light comes into room. We had the end room near the stairs and smoking area which wasn't great re smoke wafting in and noise from people walking up and down stairs.

The attention to "Detail" was exceptional. The Manager was friendly, engaging, helpful and likable! Also gave some helpful advice about fast food outlets, shopping centres. Her "awareness" was a great help!

This was the ONLY thing that spoilt what would have been a PERFECT stay! Well and Truly insufficient parking bays to satify the guests! How could that have been missed! It beckons belief !!! Huge letdown! I had to park next door in a Real Estate parking area. Inconvenient, unpleasant with continuous rain ..... and NOT secure!

I was truly delighted with my room. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The lady changed my room so I could be downstairs upon my request which I was extremely grateful for. The bed was truly HEAVEN to sleep on. Great facilities, also had a laundry with modern machines and was very clean and fresh looking. There were Disability parks on the premises plus a restaurant on the corner which I dined at. I was very happy with my room and would stay there again.

The driveway was a little tricky upon approach as it came up very quickly, so guests need to take a slow approach not to miss driveway.

The staff member was incredibly friendly not only on the phone but in person. it is very handy to the Woolworths supermarket which is next door. My room was tidy and perfect for me. I took the biscuits 😅 they were so good! it absolutely was value for money and I would stay there again.

Very minor - but someone had logged into their Netflix account on the TV and I couldn't figure out how to log them off so I could use my Netflix. The internet connection dropped out a couple of times. My aircon also was a little loud, like there was a slight rattle. so if you were a light sleeper it might be an issue.

Unbelievably clean. If I didn’t know better, I’d almost think that the place was brand new. Good wifi, comfortable beds and a nice hot shower.

I was in the disability access room. Unfortunately, there were 3 guest cars with disability passes and only 2 parking spots (for 2 rooms). The manager was really helpful and organised for another guest to exchange places. So very considerate. I recommend that guests who need direct access to the disability rooms, call ahead and see about reserving the space.

Loved the lady on reception - she was very pleasant and very helpful. The room was airy and quite large. It was very, very clean and the shower area was excellent. Microwave, airconditioning, kettle, tea bags coffee etc and yummy biscuits were supplied. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable (matress was excellent). Love that there was a table and chairs in the room. Very little road noise even though it is on a moderately busy road. Really a lovely little hidden gem. Will definitely stay again.

Not that I disliked anything, but I did find the car parking quite squashy. I managed to park though and if me, being the worst parker in the world can get my car in everyone else will (it's just tight).

The location was handy to the train station, local coffee shops, Woolies and various food cuisines; however, the best things about this property (and why I will be returning again in the future) is not only the super comfy beds and the hot/high-pressured shower, but the genuine and caring customer service we received from Allison - she was outstanding! Allison was a very welcoming and always happy person, who did her best to accommodate our requests and I reckon I could've hugged her when we checked out as it felt more like saying goodbye to a friend!! We thank you guys for a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back 💯

Located in the wonderful suburb of Petrie. The motel is perfectly located nearby transport, restaurants, cafes, take away, barbers, gelato and only a shot drive in either direction to major shopping centres. Only 35 to 45 minute drive to the city and offers everything you could possibly ask for in a motel. Woolworths is less than a 2 minute stroll away for all your conveniences and the onsite cafe is incredible, with some of the best pasta I’ve had in years so definitely try their Turkish toasties and other menu items to be delighted like we were. Allison the onsite manager, is the most friendly and helpful person you will find and please do try her cooking from the cafe, as it will blow you away. Overall my husband Neil and I loved it here, so much so we are looking to move into the area. Please check them out for a restful and comfortable stay.

Great location for work and supermarket next door. Check in and out was quick and easy. Bed was super comfortable. It was really clean and the whole property looked fresh and cared for.

A spare blanket would have been good. It got cool on my first night. At 3 am I didn't want to try to work out the heating. Fixed that for night 2. Body wash was empty. Toilet flush button needs tightening or something. It didn't work unles you turned it around.

Great location near shops and eateries Spotlessly clean and a great kitchen area well stocked it's great to have that not many do you have to try and wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Bedlinen spotlessly clean and really comfortable beds. Safe for our toddler too. Launderette on site a real bonus. Proactive management that live on site makes it feel really safe and so helpful it's really refreshing. All for a very reasonable price
