Spacious room, good bathroom, clean, good facilities, very pleasant staff. Lovely walk around the lake right outside the hotel. Good quality breakfast.

Bed a bit soft for our liking. Expensive considering we were not overlooking the lake. Extra cost for car parking over the top considering most of the basement was empty and the room rate high.

I use a walking frame and the hotel was easy to navigate with disabled parking right across from the lobby entrance. There as also plenty of space to move around the room, no obvious trip hazards and the walk in shower was fantastic.

I booked and paid for a reserved parking space thinking that it would be convenient to a lift (otherwise, why bother even offering reserved spaces). Turns out that the space wasn’t anywhere near the lift and wasn’t even on the promised level. The receptionist quickly directed to me to the more convenient disabled spaces. There was no offer to refund the parking fee and I was too tired to remember to ask. Luckily, it wasn’t a lot of money but in retrospect, I am not impressed.

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the beds were large and comfy, there was airconditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, the bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure was excellent, the kitchen facilities were impressive with a coffee machine, sandwich press, dishwasher, pots & pans etc. Our group consisted of three adults and 1 child (2.5yrs). This hotel is located in a fantastic spot. The ability to take our little one for a walk around the lake and park or head to Northlakes Mall was amazing!

The view was very pleasant, the room was exceptionally clean (Thankyou to the cleaners), the food was nice and good value for money, and the parking was good. Having big containers of all soaps / shampoos was a great surprise as you had plenty to wash with numerous times in the day if so required. The curtains were well fitted and good. There was plenty of milk in the fridge. Having a magnifying mirror was a great surprise as. The room was in a great condition with no broken items.

The second floor upon exiting the lift had an old musty cheesy smell to it. The room 207 had a very musty cheesy smell as the aircon required the drain vacuuming and an odour reducing bar placing in it. The ceiling fan was quite noisy. The bed kept moving even when just sitting upon it, I would suggest placing wheel Castors under the wheels to assist in the stopping of this. The toilet roll should be at least 3 ply and soft not like the toilet roll you expect on a public bathroom. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner had no scent to it , I would suggest having some with at least a little scent like the hand soup does. There were no dressing gowns or slippers.

The room was really good a huge comfortable bed. We had a balcony and was lovely looking over the lake. The restaurant was good but when they are really busy can take awhile and the meal isn't hot. Pool area is great and friendly staff nothing was a problem and not far from Westfield.

Not being allocated a car park to your room unless you pay per day. Several times we had to drive around and around to find one, sometimes had to park out on the street which I think isn't right as you are a paying guest. They have functions there and anyone can go to the restaurant this is the reason why you can't get a car park. Hopefully they can change this because it can be a nightmare! The shower was the only issue, the water goes everywhere into the bathroom and the carpet we had to put a bathroom towel down as was very slippery from the water.

Location is great and close to everything you’ll ever need. I loved my water view and also love the bathroom size it feels very luxurious and clean. I’ve been staying here for many years and the apartments don’t seem to age. It all still feels modern and clean each time I visit.

I was a tad disappointed that my room wasn’t made up until the day before I left. I was staying for 5 nights and paid a premium holiday period price so I would expect a little more when it comes to freshening up the room.

Location

The pool experience was disappointing. Signage said no inflatable devices. I attended the pool that had 4 children and 3 inflatables in the pool - obviously size of the pool made it impossible (husband left the pool)/difficult (i did get in) but had to dodge inflatables. Adults in attendance obviously didn't read the sign or didn't care. I noticed there was a camera set up in there - working?/monitored? Maybe a bigger sign could be put up inside the pool area? Or camera monitored and people asked to remove the inflatables.

We liked the location, being a short 5-10 min walk to North Lake Shopping Mall and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. The large sliding doors to the reasonably size balcony provided a very pleasant view of the lake. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Hotel in a very coinvent location with easy access on/off to the M1 motorway (going either northbound or southbound).

Minor issue with the coffee/tea mugs not being replaced during the room cleaning process. Apart for that, no other issues or complaints.

The room is always spotless. Location is fantastic. North Lakes has everything, and it is halfway between Brisbane city and Sunshine Coast, making it great for tourists. I love the amazing breakfast, followed by a walk around the lake. My go to hotel when staying in Brisbane.

Has minimal kitchenette facilities. Uber Eats or takeaway required. Please remember to order cutlery, as the room does not have any. Wouldn't stay here any longer than a few days as the rooms are basic.

Great location, beautiful view of the lake. Perfect for the 3 of us. Very happy with the kitchenette but an additional milk would have been handy. Very large bathroom that was luxurious.

As no door to the bathroom itself and no individual toilet light- disturbing when having to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, extractor fan was on a sensor which stayed on and was a bit noisey in the night. The lamps by the bed we could not see how to turn off the display and this glowed while sleeping which was a bit annoying. A speaker in the room would have made a good feature.
