lovely view, the property was lovely and clean and the staff super friendly.

Bed was comfortable but the bedrooms are too hot. there is only 1 split aircon and that is in the loungeroom facing the complete opposite direction to the bedrooms. it was too hot, hard to sleep.

Awesome location; in easy walking distance to many food options and right across from the beach. Two bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Toilet was separate to bathroom and had its own sink which was convenient. Parking was included and seamless to find a park, locate the lift, and get to our room. We didn’t use any of the extra facilities like gym, pool area, or bbq, but they looked great.

Minor inconvenience - check-in closed at 4pm. Received a text message at about 3:30pm to say key would be in lock box. Wasn’t in lock box, so had to call to collect key. Had informed hotel of arrival time between 3 & 4. Only one air conditioner for entire apartment; would be great if they had them in bedrooms. If you have a low car (sedan or the like), you will scrape the underbody of your car leaving the driveway. It was clear we weren’t the first ones either. This needs to be looked at.

The location and accessibility was perfect. Quiet area, comfy bed and nice room. Good smart TV.

Overall the stay was really good and I’ll be back but a couple of things: - there is no fan in the bathroom, this is hard especially for towels to dry - Balcony was putrid, I walked outside for 1 minute to air dry some clothes and my feet were BLACK. - a little clothesline outside or somewhere to hang wet clothes would be nice, since we are so close to the beach and visited a lot.

We walked into the apartment and were instantly impressed with the style and cleanliness. Heated lamps in the bathroom, spacious kitchen and living room, great location. Everything was great. Check in/out was super easy as we arrived and left at obscure times so it was all done without physical human contact. Definitely on our repeat visit list. We even managed to log into our own media platforms and watch our own shows. Couldn't ask for a better set up. 100% fantastic everything. Even the location was perfect. Excellent service, location, price, environment.

Nothing to not like. 100% recommend this place.

Upon entering the building I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely aroma from diffusers throughout. The place was spotlessly clean, well kept and some lovely facilities. Beautiful water-views. Lady at reception had a bright sparkling personality and was very friendly and helpful. She also suggested places to go and eat. Great location with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket only a few minutes walk away.

Although I love the safety of a secure building it was also frustrating not being able to enter the reception area from the rear door. My Uber app then insisted pickup at the rear of the building which could be a 10 min walk around the block if you don’t go through the complex. As I had luggage and walking difficulties this was not an option. Luckily a guest was leaving and let me back in so I could walk to the rear exit metres away. They too had a similar issue with their Uber.

Clean, easy access to parking and parking easily labelled and explained both in person and in writing. Aircon and TVs were easy to use. There was a second tv in the second bedroom = kids could watch something else, yay!!

glass coffee table, breakable decor around the unit. I quickly put all the decorations up out of reach. Lastly safety wise the sharp knives were in the second or third drawer in kitchen and could be easily reached by my 18mth old. *luckily I checked for this and emptied draw of knives and potentially dangerous utensils before she started exploring. Maybe knife blocks on the kitchen bench would be better.

Walking access to restaurants and along the waterfront. Great balcony with a view

Cobwebs in corners behind curtains and dirty under bed. The fan light must have a shortage problem as it came on by itself during the night, and the fan went up to next speed automatically. The glass window should have frost markers on it for safety reasons as the husband ran into it from the glare and knocked himself out .otherwise quite clean and great.

The staff were lovely and friendly. We had a nice little family get away in a huge 3 bedroom apartment. Was the Perfect location everything within walking distance nice big apartment with lots of space and the balcony had a lovely view. We had a great time and would def recommend coming here.

Only suggestion would be to have another swipe key for the lifts just as we had someone come over but we couldn't let them up as we didn't have swipe key as one of us had already gone to the supermarket.

Apartment was spacious,clean and tidy. View was great. Great location. Staff lovely. All information given was excellent. Will definitely comeback.

Mattress need to be changed. A couple of them a bit saggy. Kitchen could have done with more dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets. Also some spray and wipe to wipe down benches. Yes we could have gone to reception to get more, but we left early and came back late. These are items I understand people will take from the rooms but items I don’t necessarily want to have to take with me

The apartment building was well maintained and spacious. A little bit of luxury. The location is perfect for tourists, close to beach and the boardwalk. The staff were fabulous, especially Natasha ( Tasha). She was helpful and friendly. We Loved the beds and the pillows were perfect 😀. It was accessible and well well signposted

Just a wee thing, the sofas in our suite were stylish and tasteful but they aren’t comfortable.
