My family and I had a delightful stay in apartment 24. The apartment was lovely and well-decorated with a charming beach theme. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the numerous board games, coloring books, and smart TV games provided. We especially appreciated the three balconies; the one off the master bedroom was my personal favorite, offering a tranquil view of trees and birds singing as I enjoyed my morning coffee. I would highly recommend apartment 24. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service and communication. My family and I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and this holiday resort.

Only problem i had was with the staircase up to the apartment it had a bit of a smell Which i would assume was just from people coming up from the pool.

Older style apartment, but great facilities and location

Didn't receive any check in or check out instructions. Luckily I got a text prior to our arrival as the reception was closed, despite us getting there well before the advertised opening times. Also had no bath towels and had to arrange for these to be delivered (request was responded to promptly).

Perfect location, was easy to find & close to everything we needed. We felt very comfortable & especially enjoyed the pool. Reception were extremely helpful & went out of there way to assist with anything we needed, we will definitely be back. Thank you.

One of the rooms needed a touch up & dryer wasn't working but it was fine we completely understand ground movement with brick property's can happen & we didn't really need the dryer just used the little air line hanger👌🏻

The location is ideal and direct opposite of the beach with a lovely view and walking distance to everything. The room is very clean except some furniture is a bit outdated and beds are nice and clean but the extra blankets and pillows in the closets are very dirty and need to be replaced. All the table lights need to be changed and my living room light is also not working but overall it's very good value for money and the staff are very lovely.

Great location. Apartment was very spacious, large single comfortable beds in 1 room and double in the other, great to have a hot bath. Didn't use laundry but ideal for anyone staying longer

Apartment needs some refreshing - broken/perishing curtains need to be replaced, new couches and a 4 seater dining table. Was hard to find powerpoints for charging devices.

The room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the pool. It was right next door to a lovely pub and across the road from the water. I wish we stayed longer.

The balcony overlooked the pool, so you could always hear people in the pool.

Shaye was absolutely amazing, she makes sure that our stay was unforgettable and she even arranged us to move into penthouse in one of there facility, and surprise us with bottle of wine, beer and easter chocolates for my kids,she was very professional and easy to talk too. Thank you Shaye for treating us so kindly, we definitely going back soon 🥰.The location is amazing just across the road is the sea side, it has magnificent view from our accommodation.

Great spot, good size unit, a bit hot on the patio but hey that's summer, super thankful the staff turned on the air con prior to our arrival.

No air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a sharp knife and some Tupperware containers would have been great

Awesome spot. Right next to the bribie bridge so 15 min walk to sandstone point hotel, also a pub like 2 min walk on the same road. The place was nice, overlooked the water. Underground parking good for smaller cars but guest and road parking too. A bit older inside but still nice.

The beds were a little older/uncomfortable but still fine.

Clean and located across from inlet/beach Every thing you need from kitchen to laundry and very friendly helpfull lady in reception and next door to a great restaurant
