The staff were so kind and went out of their way to provide for our dietary requirements, so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with so much vintage charm but still modern utilities including smart TV and spa bath. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and just such a lovely vibe and well decorated. The outside gardens were so beautiful and made the location for me, even details like the handmade stained glass window just made the room feel magical. Car park was provided but we used public transport as a bus stop was right down the street.

Absolutely gorgeous quaint cottage with beautiful gardens and well maintained. Inside was timber floors and loads of old world charm from the fixtures to the crockery. Beth thought of everything including a basket full of breakfast goodies & bottle of champagne!

The deep spa bath with overhead shower. Climbing in to then stand and have a shower wasn’t great and if anyone has balance or mobility issues, there’s be a problem.

It was beautifully cared for serene place with lovely gardens & driveway, very clean, great spa bath, a welcoming basket of fruit, sough dough, homemade spreads etc & well stocked fridge for snacks and Breakfast! …and greeted by the lovely Beth. 😊

1) No ramp for wheelchair access 2) My partner would’ve preferred a firmer mattress

bed- exceptional breakfast - exceptional staff - exceptional spa- amazing after a long day whole room was so good and the staff... i will defrecommend anyone going to Brisbane to stay here..

Nothing - everything was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't get to stay for longer.

Our room was very welcoming with wine and cheese in the frig. A basket of cereal, bread, fruit, and jams for breakfast. Yoghurt and butter in the frig ready for a well-balanced breakfast. Lots of private seating on the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden.

Thankyou to Beth & Rob you where excellent hosts, we all had an amazing time & enjoyed your hospitality we all enjoyed breakfast each day on our balcony the breakfast was one of the best we have had full English & fresh fruit there was tea coffee biscuit's fresh orange in the fridge with camembert cheese & biscuit's milk etc to finish sparkling wine & chocolates for our enjoyment Brian Sue Glenn & Andrea

Beth and Rob are lovely people and couldn't do enough to help. Great room, bed, extras (champagne, chocolates, cheese, milk, juice, biscuits, good coffee and tea etc etc. The spa was excellent The area was very nice, quiet and a short walk to the shops, harbour etc Finally, the breakfast was tops. Cooked breakfast fruits pastry. Why stay anywhere else

Would be nitpicking here. TV could have been bigger The internet signal wasn't the greatest at times (guessing it was based next door at their home) Again nitpicking

It was a very extensive continental breakfast exceeding all our expectations. The wine and chocolates were a lovely addition and surprise. Everything was to our liking, lovely room in a beautiful garden setting. Walking distance to some local restaurants at the Marina.

We loved everything it was a perfect getaway.

Such a lovely place with so much effort put in to make it romantic. You cannot help but want to go along with it. We ended up taking our 4 yo with us, which wasn't really romantic, but he did enjoy himself and so did we. We loved walking down to the Boat Club for sunset; and watching a movie with him when we got back. And Beth and Rob made him a little brekkie with us on the deck in the morning. An adorable place full of love.

We were very impressed with the setup, loved the spa, enough fresh food for breakfasts for a week, loved the host, she was so lovely and easy to talk with. Just a gorgeous spot for our couple of days away from home.
