Conveniently located to where I needed to be for the night

Used the QR code on the desk to order my meal. Went over to the restaurant to collect it at the allocated time and no one could find my order. Half an hour later they found it sitting on a table. Hence it was cold and very unappealing by this time. No offer to remedy the situation at all. Ordered a drink to take back to my room to have with my meal only to be stopped as I couldn’t take this across the car park to my room. Had to hand it back to them and got a refund. Pretty poor service since I thought it would be so convenient to have the ease of a restaurant attached to the hotel. Won’t stay there again 😢

The ability to have a late check-in. The room was nice and clean. A lovely shared back courtyard area for guests. Undercover parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Affordable.

The attention to detail in the presentation of the room wasn't quite A1. The little dining table was unstable, the pictures on the wall were mounted quite crookedly and couldn't be straightened. The shower door was missing the silicon strip along the bottom and water trickled out onto the floor, soaking the bathmat. The shower head sprayed water in unexpected directions, stinging your face as you entered. All minor aesthetic issues which didn't take away from our stay but could be easily rectified.

After a long drive, once I opened the front door I felt like I was given a big welcome and a warm hug.

There was only one thing that caused me a problem, I have some mobility problem and not having handrails at the front steps made it somewhat of a challenge getting into and out of the house. Everything else was perfect.

The location was excellent not far from anything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tavern and the staff were amazing all of them

Nothing was great as it was with your friendly staff everyone we talked to you should be proud of them all

Beds were beautiful and comfy! Nice clean bathroom and room! Close to everything we needed!

The shower was a bit slow running and there was a cupboard that didn't shut properly so it was like that when we got there. Other than that we always enjoy staying here!

Was private and quiet considering it was linked to a Tavern. Shopping center across the road and lots of places to eat nearby

Comfy and relaxing in the rooms bathroom was good and was a good distance to go and get a feed

Being woken up to a fire alarm at 4am but wasn't a issue as its good to know that it works

We have stayed here multiple times and we love it!

We stayed in room 19. The front and back door were extremely hard to open. The tv was a little lop sided and the bathroom light was playing up.

We loved the staff the manager was exceptional. The food at the pub was great. All round a great couple of nights.

The bed was a tiny bit too soft but that's just me being old and needing a tougher mattress haha

It was comfortable and clean plenty of parking in chose this place for its location and it was perfect for what i needed it for good location shops within walking distance
