Did an overnight stop. Very easy going staff, clean and nice smelling room with good amenities. My car (Nissan Patrol Warrior version) fits easily in the undercover car spaces and can open the boot without touching the carport roof. Close proximity to an Ampol Servo to refuel on my trip. Ground floor rooms where you can back your boot two steps from your door to unload and reload luggage and car fridge etc. Super easy checkout.

The renovated bathroom and an original bath removed, and a new tiled shower created.. interesting for me as the same older style shower unit was left in situ.. Very creative workmanship... Put it this way, renovations have been done very well.... and that is worthy

NICE and CLEAN... There was NO long dead grass outside the door: decent astroturf to delineate the car parks; Queensland is notorious for thunderstorms with hail... The unit's carpark area is covered, which could save guests thousands. GREAT IDEA... That alone would bring me back!

Lovely layout Clean bedding and comfortable beds Everything worked eg tv, aircon cold Apart from the floor in the bathroom the place was really nice and clean.

There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, obviously not mopped properly. Felt a bit icky going into the bathroom to fill up the jug for coffee, no kitchen. Need more jugs of water available for drinking and jug. Weird toilet, it's hard to describe but I'll give it a go. The floor inside of, the toilet is raised real high actually too close if, you get my drift. Splash!

We arrived at the Gateway Motel after a long drive from Newcastle to find the motels appearance to be very nice. going to reception and the staff were very nice and gave us our room keys and upon entering the room we were very surprised and please with the room. Suffering from severe back problems I then checked the bed out and was very relieved to find the mattress was very good and i managed to get a reasonable nights sleep. The walk in shower and toilet area were very clean and all worked well. The price of this hotel was very reasonable for what we got and I would have no problem staying there again should we go back to Caboolture. well done to all at the Gateway motel Caboolture.

Incredibly clean, comfortable & excellent motel rooms. Best motel we stayed at whilst visiting Australia. Good off street parking, comfortable beds location was great and central to most place like the Australian zoo. Plenty of shopping a short drive or walk up the road. Great friendly staff.

The staff are really polite and very helpful, our room was clean and very comfortable. I will be recommending the Best Western Caboolture Gateway Motel to all my friends and family. We will be back to stay again.

I can't say anything bad about Best Western Caboolture Gateway Motel. It is a great Motel to stay at.

I was completely surprised by this motel and I should not have been if you read some of the other reviews. It is in a central location and the staff are great. The rooms are amazing. Excellent carparks outside your room. A really well designed hotel footprint.

Smoking in the carpark however that is a really minor point and outside of the operator's control. It is just annoying to have to tolerate passive smoking so close to your room.

Clean and affordable. Definitely the same as what are on the pictures on the site. Staff were lovely

The fact that there was no kitchen sink in the room,but there was a kettle. I was definitely not going to fill up the kettle from the bathroom sink to make myself a coffee. That was the only negative about our stay

The staff were extremely helpful, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of room, comfortable bed, and conveniently located for what we needed to do. I would stay there again when required.

The motel is close to the ambulance station so we heard sirens all night. That is my only complaint and something that can’t be helped.

Decent size room very large shower. Sofa was comfortable to sit on.

Found the bed to be a bit too firm, noise of the fridge woke me up constantly the first night. Couldn't get transport from the airport bus drop off, Hotel is a bit far out of Town and from the train station etc., Quite expensive not sure if a $200.00 security deposit was included. Booking was not clear on this.
