we loved everything about Marlin Waters from the moment we arrived. the location is super - being able to people watch from balcony on top / 4th floor and beautiful beach straight over the road for safe swimming. the room was very large compared to some units and beautifully done out. modern and very clean. kitchen was so well equipped if you wanted to cook anything and was great being able to do some washing. extremely quiet place and Chris and Rhonda were lovely hosts. we totally loved every minute of our time there and you would not be disappointed with this option.. would go again except we live at the very bottom of NZ

The view of the beach from the balcony and the location were both excellent. Both the bed and the couch were very comfortable. The resort was very peaceful and quiet - even though it was fully booked.

We tried to watch an hour or so each evening on streaming TV service, but found the wifi connection didn't allow this on a consistent basis. It would work for a bit, but then would freeze for some seconds or a minute or so. On one evening we gave up. As we had our own router/connection in the room we stayed in, this may have been limited to our room. Not a deal breaker.

When we first arrived we met Rhonda at reception who was very obliging and helpful with tips in relation to activities etc The location was outstanding in terms of ease of access to all the cafes, bars and restaurants. The Surf lifeguard/safe swimming area is directly across the road from this beachfront location if you decide you prefer this option over the beachfront pool onsite Our 1-bedroom self-contained accommodation was well maintained and resourced Really loved our stay as did all the other guests that we met around the pool

We had an unforgettable stay at Marlin Waters Beachfront Apartments! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the apartment; waking up to the serene beach and ocean every day was truly a dream come true. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a perfect home away from home. The location was absolutely ideal—just steps away from the beach and close to all the local attractions. To top it off, the staff kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our departure so much smoother. I can't recommend Marlin Beachfront Apartments enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

Management is friendly and respectful and also very helpful when asking questions. The location is great as it is right across from the beach and the swimming net. Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. I have stayed here 3 times and I will stay again.

The sofa bed is a bit squeaky and uncomfortable. There could be a something done to try and minimize the doors banging throughout the building as it tends to echo. As it is located right across from the main swimming area, it can occasionally get a noisey in the morning.

Great location directly across road from the beach. Large apartment with well-equipped kitchen for self-catering with Big Coles supermarket nearby for provisions. Comfy bed, hot shower, bid lounge/dining area and nice balcony space for eating outside. Washing machine & dryer also in the apartment which was useful for long stay travellers and washing powder provided. Variety of Restaurants and bars nearby in same road so easy walking distance, off-street parking on site and lift for accessing higher floors. Communal bbq available on grass across from property. We really enjoyed our stay in the Marlin Waters Beachfront property and don’t hesitate to recommend it highly.

Great location right on the beach. all rooms face the water - so that's a bonus. Our apartment was recently refurbished and was fresh and clean. The living area was spacious. The kitchen was more than adequate. Bathroom roomy enough. And bedroom adequate size - bed very very comfortable and a choice of pillow sizes. I also liked having onsite management - who were most helpful.

Absolutely loved this apartment. It felt homely with all the nice ornaments in every room. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of car paqrking out the back for everyone. It was great to have a washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen had good quality appliances and even had condiments. The apartment was clean and presented very well.

Absolutely nothing

Rhonda and Chris were amazing at the property and I felt very safe and comfortable with my family. It was perfect 5 nights for a winter get away from Melbourne. Ample car park, a good elevator and small pool with well maintenance added a great feature to this property. Building is not new but very well kept. We had enjoyed the balcony very much.

Marlin Waters is perfectly located beachfront Palm Cove, everything you need within walking distance - restaurants, beach etc. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries. Units are well equipped for a self contained stay.

The bats made a mess of the balcony each night which made it hard to enjoy sitting out there - not sure how that could be addressed though
