When we first arrived we met Rhonda at reception who was very obliging and helpful with tips in relation to activities etc The location was outstanding in terms of ease of access to all the cafes, bars and restaurants. The Surf lifeguard/safe swimming area is directly across the road from this beachfront location if you decide you prefer this option over the beachfront pool onsite Our 1-bedroom self-contained accommodation was well maintained and resourced Really loved our stay as did all the other guests that we met around the pool

We had an unforgettable stay at Marlin Waters Beachfront Apartments! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the apartment; waking up to the serene beach and ocean every day was truly a dream come true. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a perfect home away from home. The location was absolutely ideal—just steps away from the beach and close to all the local attractions. To top it off, the staff kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our departure so much smoother. I can't recommend Marlin Beachfront Apartments enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

Management is friendly and respectful and also very helpful when asking questions. The location is great as it is right across from the beach and the swimming net. Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. I have stayed here 3 times and I will stay again.

The sofa bed is a bit squeaky and uncomfortable. There could be a something done to try and minimize the doors banging throughout the building as it tends to echo. As it is located right across from the main swimming area, it can occasionally get a noisey in the morning.

Great location directly across road from the beach. Large apartment with well-equipped kitchen for self-catering with Big Coles supermarket nearby for provisions. Comfy bed, hot shower, bid lounge/dining area and nice balcony space for eating outside. Washing machine & dryer also in the apartment which was useful for long stay travellers and washing powder provided. Variety of Restaurants and bars nearby in same road so easy walking distance, off-street parking on site and lift for accessing higher floors. Communal bbq available on grass across from property. We really enjoyed our stay in the Marlin Waters Beachfront property and don’t hesitate to recommend it highly.

Absolutely loved this apartment. It felt homely with all the nice ornaments in every room. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of car paqrking out the back for everyone. It was great to have a washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen had good quality appliances and even had condiments. The apartment was clean and presented very well.

Absolutely nothing

It's Palm Cove, what more needs to be said. It's like being in Asia but the beaches are cleaner, the food is safe and there are no langauge issues. Also, could not complain about the range of hotel accommodation options or food experiences in this small community.

We were there during the rainy season and on this visit it was a lot wetter than normal. The old slogan of "beautiful one day, perfect the next" just did not ring true for the 2 weeks we were there.

Marlin Waters is perfectly located beachfront Palm Cove, everything you need within walking distance - restaurants, beach etc. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries. Units are well equipped for a self contained stay.

The bats made a mess of the balcony each night which made it hard to enjoy sitting out there - not sure how that could be addressed though

It’s a very good location not just for Palm Cove but also for all the attractions of the surrounding areas. Rhonda was a great host and help on what to do and see. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cool and had a great view of the beach and safe bathing area directly across the road. It was an easy walk to all the nearby restaurants.

There was nothing not to like.

Wonderful beachfront location with nice spacious balcony. Well equipped and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. Great shower. A good sized car park available behind the apartment building. Very quiet.

We were there 6 days and were only provided with 2 dishwasher tablets and 1 extra toilet roll. One small sachet of washing powder. The washing machine needed a good clean and under the sofa in the living room was very dirty

Literally right across the street from the beach swimming enclosure and also great restaurants are just a minute walk away! There are also shops, massage places, etc. and the bus stop to Cairns is also just a minute walk away. The apartment is very spacious, large kitchen, washing machine and drier, etc. Rhonda from reception was very helpful in booking tours. All in all, just an excellent base for exploring the region and combining beach relaxation with excursions.
