Amazing location in Palm Cove which was easy to find coming from Cairns. Spacious property with good amenities. There was a great pool and BBQ area to use. The staff were super helpful and ready to help with any requests. The apartment was spacious with a private pool. Apartment had all appliances for cooking and a washing machine. A generous amount of cooking and washing supplies were provided.A very comfortable stay in a beautiful decorated and maintained property.Highly recommend to all travellers especially families.

Perfectly private and quite

It was great having our own private pool. But extremely surprised the pool did not have railings for getting in out of pool which caused my husband to slip on top step getting out (damaging his right leg and not able to use pool on our last 2 days) Also pool needed to have grass around edges instead of stones. Felt in did not cater for elderly guests and young children Otherwise enjoyed our stay here!

Very spacious 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms which was appreciated as there were 8 of us. The resort was peacefully quiet. The private outdoor pool area was lovely although we didn't use it much, due to the rainy weather. The kitchen was great, it had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. We had a comfortable stay at The Villas. Kevin, the owner was welcoming and friendly, check in was easy and quick.

Spa did not work in the main bathroom No face washers provided The Villas are advertised as an 8 minute walk to the main street where you can find many shops and restaurants along the foreshore, this is incorrect. It takes a good 15 minute stroll to reach on foot. Someone with mobility issues may find the walk long and uncomfortable in the sun and humidity.

2 bedroom Unit is large and extremely well stocked in kitchen to cook your own meals. Private pool was great with lounges and covered patio area. Air cons and fans gave plenty of options. Overall having your own garage pool and 2 bathrooms made for a wonderful stay along with your own washing machine. There is a clothes line in the garage and a dryer. Some noise from traffic but not noticeable inside. Nice crisp linen and towels.

Beds were very firm but still comfortable. Unit is older style and is definitely ready for a new stove/oven and freshen up.

It was perfectly located to palm cove. We were in a 3 brm villa with small children but still plenty of space.

Everything was perfect until our friend cut his foot badly on a brittle piece of a part of the pool. He just stood on it and it cracked. Even that didn’t concern us until after we left we were charged for the replacement of it. We felt it was just wear and tear the part had aged and became brittle. But we still had to pay. Put a real damper on our holiday and ruined it in the end. We will now think twice about visiting again.

On arrival we were greeted by Kevin and as last year, he couldn't have been more helpful. Having stayed at the property on numerous occasions over the years, our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. The Unit we were allocate was clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The backyard pool was clean and well kept, which made it a pleasure to jump into. We will definitely be returning.

Garage was a little tight for my Toyota Prado, but I did manage to squeeze the car in and this did not impact out stay. Just pointing this out for information. I think it would be difficult to get a Landcruiser into this space.

We stayed in villa 6 which was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a nice sized pool in a very private courtyard. The complex was very quiet and peaceful and the whole area was well maintained. Kevin the manager was very helpful and obliging.

We stayed at the villas in July and found them a comfortable 15 minute walk from the beachfront and restaurants. In hotter weather however this might feel like a longer walk, especially for little children or elderly people. The garage at the villa was a pretty tight fit for a medium sized car however there was street parking right outside the back gate of the villa if you drive a larger vehicle.

This was our second stay at the Villas Palm Cove, and once again we had a wonderful time! Our 2 bedroom villa had plenty of room for my husband and I and our two young children, and having a private pool is fantastic. Nicole was very accommodating and informative - we have already rebooked to return!

We absolutely loved Palm Cove Villas! We arrived after hours but keys and introductory info were organised and ready for our late arrival. Everything exceeded our expectations and the only problem was our 4-night stay was not long enough. Even the car had its own garage. A very peaceful location. We loved having our own private pool to relax in. It is an easy walk to Palm Cove from here, or you can take the car if your not feeling energetic.

A good amount of kitchen utensils, crockery & glassware for a family. Comfortable beds & linen Excellent location. Good sized fridge/freezer

Air conditioning units on patio made it uncomfortably hot so unable to utilise this space when we visited. Property is a bit dated especially the kitchen and washing machine.
