Location, mid beach, on the esplanade. We upgraded from a base floor apartment which none of them have any view at all, to a nice apartment on 2nd floor, with nice balcony towards beach with table/chairs for evening drinks. AC/Aircon in living room and bedroom was lovely. Staaf was super helpful and friendly.

Somewhat too much to maintain for the staff working at the time there it seamed, common areas on top of hotel has soo much potential, with roof pool and many sunbeds/tables/chairs but not cosy decorated, nor clean. Got a feeling this hotel was recovering from post covid /cyclone effects still.

Fantastic location in the heart of Palm Cove near the restaurants and shops, and across the road from the beach! Great to be able to bring our two dogs along for a short holiday. Room is a great size. Bed is huge and comfy. The pool on the roof is very nice.

A couple of small things missing from our room, (teaspoons, washing up necessities) but no drama really, the staff provided them promptly upon request) and some parts of the room need maintenance (skirting boards need repair and paint, courtyard could do with some TLC), but overall it was really good. This was our third stay.

The location is fantastic and we enjoyed the roof top terrace sipping our wine overlooking the ocean at sunset. It's a short walk to many restaurants including the fabulous Nu Nu. The staff were extra helpful and friendly. The room comfortable and it was handy to have the little bit of extra space with the couch and utensils such as plates and glasses.

Somehow we were expecting a better view, but we were on the ground floor overlooking a fence. The outdoor area had some chairs but because it was raining, we couldn't go out there. We went to the rooftop terrace instead which was good, although it was locked at 9 am when we wanted to have our tea up there.

The location is wonderful. The room was quite big and clean, with everything we needed. I liked the fact that you have pet friendly rooms. we did not use them, but it's great to have. In the morning, after 8am, we wanted to go upstairs to the roof and sit outside to have the view, but the access gates were all locked. Fortunately the groundsman was there and he was able to unlock the pool gate for us. He was friendly and helpful!

On Friday night at around 6pm, my 2 friends and I were sitting up on the top outside area, facing the ocean. We were having a laugh and talking and nobody was around. However, a staff member came and told us we were too loud and could we be quiet please. We were annoyed about this - there were 3 of us, up on the top of the hotel, nobody else was there and it was 6 in the afternoon!!!! It seriously killed our mood, and left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths.

Loved the location on the beach front of Palm Cove. The one bedroom with spa was lovely room with a nice sized lounge and kitchen. Modern. Nice view from balcony. The pool was cool and over looking the mountains at rear of property.

We were lucky to run into a staff member as we arrived to check us in. Didn't see anyone at the office again. No opportunity to get pool towels. Which had a $3 hire fee. The apartment was reasonably clean but had a tile on wall over shower covered in pubic hairs. That was very disappointing. The upstairs rooms are only accessible by stairs. Pool is rooftop so must be able to make way up stairs to access pool. The bedroom was small but modern. Lots of pillows supplied. The blind was not block out so room very light early in morning unfortunately. Could do with a curtain too. The bed was not comfortable quite hard so both woke up sore.

I arrived after the kitchen was closed and departed before it opened in the morning. But the front of house guy pointed me at a truly excellent pizza place up the road.

Pfaffing around trying to find the safe, there was no envelope for me - late booking I guess. Phone support dribbled out the information like it was a secret. Couldn’t find my room - it was hidden behind reception and parking in Palm Cove is a nightmare- until I discovered the car park out the back and there was just one space left - thankfully. But Room was great. Bed was great too.

We’d booked another property in Palm Cove for the week but needed an overnight stay somewhere close by the night before due to a very late flight so Sarayi was just perfect for that. Staff really friendly and efficient, easy after hours check in process. We were called to let us know we’d accidentally left a pillow behind - thank you!

Charged a $200 bond which we still haven’t received 3 days after check out despite being reassured it was released the day we departed. I don’t know why but this always happens when I have to pay a bond so I don’t blame the hotel directly, it’s just a super frustrating process because I have to chase it up. $200 also seemed pretty steep considering the room rate was only about $140 and we found food in the fridge from previous guests.

Great location, spacious room with courtyard.

We stayed in a ground floor room which was close to entrance, foyer area and stairs, unfortunately it was very noisy as other guests came home from their evening out. No lift meant we couldn’t enjoy the pool or bar amenities, due to our mobility issues, however we were aware of this which is why we booked a ground floor room.

The rooms were big and nicely renovated. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Amenities to make some toast and coffee were available. Able to store luggage and check in early. Location perfect, right on Esplanade and beach across road. Lots of eating close by. No restaurant onsite yet, being renovated. The manager was super friendly and only too happy to assist.

Good location, nice staff. No complaints. The Lady at reception rang us to tell us our room was ready as we were out at Palm Cove. Also we were able to stay one night, which was good. AS we were locals, and only came up for one night with overseas guests
