The location gave us a chance for a great walk each day. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

The room we had was above the back area of the tavern, so there was a little noise from people and empty kegs being moved around, as well as can and bottles being emptied into bins late a night. Maybe the addition of a small/single longe chair in room (bed would have to be moved closer to bathroom wall, narrower bedside tables to gain a bit more room. Maybe the addition of a toaster to be used on the verandah (add a small table) to avoid smoke detectors.

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights at Elysium (we switched to this property after another vendor canceled us with 2 weeks notice, after we already left for our trip). Our 2 bedroom apartment was modern, clean and tidy, nice amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and laundry in unit. The location is fantastic- short walk to the main area with restaurants and small shops, beach, short drive to grocery market. There's a parking garage and pool in the complex. Stacey was super friendly, helpful, responsive. She recommended Vivo for dinner which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend a stay at Elysium.

Bedrooms of our unit faced the street and were noisy with cars and trucks early in the morning so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

It was a lovely, spacious, clean apartment. Wonderfully close to all the Palm Cove amenities. The apartment had everything that makes your stay convenient- couldn't fault it. Thank you!

The very loud noise of the tavern emptying it's recycling out every day and the patron's making so much noise. I would probably ask for an apartment on the other side of the building next time is all.

The location was very central for the purpose of my trip (almost directly across from the wedding venue and the main shopping strip and supermarket). It was very clean and room was comfortable. Reception was very helpful and looked after me as a solo traveler. Communication was great.

The pictures online were from an assortment of their properties so that was a bit confusing initially.

This is a superbly comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you could need. It is immaculately clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. When a small problem arose with a minor leak in one of the bathrooms it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise. It wasn’t excessive, but we’re not used to road noise.

Excellent family stay at the Elysium Apartments, the staff went out of their way to help me with advice Pre and during our stay. We had a coles shopping delivered on the day we arrived and it got there a bit earlier than our arrival and so when we got into the apartment our cold goods were already in the fridge. Needless to say I was very grateful! The premises were all very clean, the pool was amazing and the apartment had everyone a family needs. Location was about a block or so back from the main strip at Palm Cove but all walking distance. Seamless checkin and checkout, beds were comfy and air conditioning and fans in all the rooms helps. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Guests in other rooms were smoking which made it unpleasant to sit out on deck every day. Bathrooms need updating

I loved how conveniently located the place was relative to the beach. My partner and I also enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the place was. We loved it.

The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the place we stayed in: the beach is not ideal for swimming, but that was a minor inconvenience since the location had a pool.

Stuff is grate. Stacey is very helpful . The apartment is huge with furniture and household equipment of high quality

The traffic noise. The road goes around the building and there is huge parking on one side. We slept with closed windows but it didn’t help and cars and rubbish collector in particular would wake me up between 5:45 and 7 am. Also there was minor problem with drain

Great location - really quiet, close to supermarket and short walk to the beach. Secure under cover parking was great. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Stayed in a budget room which was more than big enough with fridge and good quality TV. Would definitely recommend.
