This is a fantastic location with a lovely open garden & pool setting. It is directly across the road from the beach & very close to a couple of very decent restaurant options. It is also conveniently across the road from the bus stop for Cairns. Trinity Beach is a quieter, more relaxed option compared to Palm Cove & Port Douglas. We were not after shopping or a wide range of restaurants & this was perfect for us (family of four, 2 adult children). For swimming in the ocean & reading books by the pool, this was a great option. Added bonus was the live music at the restaurant next door at about 3pm each afternoon. This really added to the holiday atmosphere. The rooms were a little dated but with such reasonable rates, great location & spacious facilities, who cares? Loved our stay here & would happily return again.

The access to many restaurants within walking distance. The views are beautiful and so is the property.

Sometimes the appliances do not work, the water in the pool is very, very cold, the beds are way too firm and unfortunately the apartment was broken into when we were asleep and cash from my wallet was stolen. We were on the third floor and had a small window open which they entered into, we were one of three apartments that were broken into. There are notices saying to close all windows and doors but we didn't think anyone would be able to climb up to the third story, but they did. Lesson learnt. Did not have this issue last year.

Directly opposite beach, 1min from the property front gate and you are in the water! The property also has a shower at this gate to rinse off after the beach - very handy! Also as we stayed 10-days, the property provided a mid point 're-fresh' of towels and linen - very few places do this.

In self-contained accommodation you will generally get some non perishable basics left in the pantry from previous guests that you can be very helpful when preparing your own meals like foil, glad-wrap, grease proof paper, oil, herbs and spices etc. This is not the case at the property, suggesting there is a site policy around this so ensure you get this things beforehand.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Sands. The resort has a fantastic location, just steps from the beautiful beach. Although there aren’t a huge number of restaurants and cafes in Trinity Beach, the few that are here are all within easy walking distance. The common areas, including the garden and pool area, are very attractive and well maintained. The apartments are all privately owned and managed by Coral Sands, so the interiors may vary from unit to unit. Our apartment was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. While it wasn’t super modern, it was well-kept and provided everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The kitchen was adequately equipped for simple meals, although some items, like the frying pans, were a bit worn and could be replaced. Overall, a great spot for a beach holiday—would definitely recommend!

Good location, big size for a two bedroom apartment, lovely views, very clean and tidy the whole resort. Cafes and bars all in walking distance. Apartment was well equipped. At reception lots of your guide pamphlets

No lift and we were on the top floor hugging suitcases up flights of stairs, not great. Only one local general store wanting $9 for small tub of butter and $7 for loaf of bread, extortionate prices. Needed a car to get around. In our apartment one of the rooms the aircon was not working and unable to be fixed during our staff. Pool side loungers were so uncomfortable. The beds in the apartment was like sleeping on a water bed, awful.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location ❤️ There was nothing to fault except I wish we had stayed longer than 5 nights! Our apartment was lovely and modern with everything you could possibly need. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice and relaxing and not crowded when out and about as it was July. Weather lovely and warm and not too humid. Easy to drive to do all the touristy things - Snorkelling at the Low Isles, Port Douglas, Mosman Gorge, The Boulders, Josephine Falls, Kuranda Scenic Railway, the list goes on and on.

We really don't have any complaints other than there weren't enough power points in the bedroom near the beds. My husband uses a cpap machine at night, and we could only have that plugged in next to us. Our phones and smart watches had to be charged in the kitchen or living area. If you needed to set an alarm on your smart watch for early morning rise, you had to leave it in the living areas.

Resort location just wonderful. Pool area great for the children Cleanliness good. Looking at our sliding door problem was prompt and did make life easier although it still needs some work to fix properly.

Some aspects of booking a tour was tedious and we were still not booked when we arrived for the Kuranda train. Lock on sliding doors was very hard to achieve and needs to be rectified. Staff were on the whole very efficient and prompt with actions.

The position of the resort is excellent: beachfront, quiet, beautiful gardens, bus stop and eateries and convenience store across the road, great Italian restaurant at door, tavern 2 minutes walk. It could not be better. Shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, doctors surgery, newsagent, bottle shop and artisan bakery within walking distance (2 bus stops). Lovely pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had Unit 33, which was beautifully furnished, great big balcony.

There was not a single sharp knife in the kitchen drawer, we had to go out and buy one. Toaster was old and small, and single bed mattresses not comfortable.

We stayed in Villa 2. The property required a great deal of maintenance. 1. Cupboard in main bathroom was only doors. 2. Taps missing in bath 3. Air conditioner in master dripped even though it was set at 23. 4. Throw cushion on couch stained. 5. Kitchen drawers needed cleaning, 6. Oven tray doesn’t fit in oven. 7. Water damage in the kitchen. 8. Vacuum cleaner had a terrible smell when in use. 9. Overall the property needed some attention.
