Location good, fairly priced, everything in working order. Someone smoked in close by unit. Only thing I could “complain” that return calls are to long. Nearly waited an hour for someone to ring back for-telling us how to get key for apartment, as we haven’t received message or email in that regard. Faulty air conditioner got fixed immediately. Overall very happy.

Pool was clean and pleasant. Studio room was a good size. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The balcony was a bonus. The apartments are well located, in walking distance to the small shopping centre, beach, cafes and restaurants. Manager was helpful and friendly. Parking was close to room.

Kitchen lacked sharp knife and proper sized dinner plates. Shower doors need repair. Bathroom and kitchen need a thorough clean. Bedside lights would be nice. A few extra towels would have been good, as we were staying a week. We loved using the outdoor balcony, but often the cigarette smoke drifting from apartments below was unpleasant, so we often had to shut the balcony door. A floor broom and a dustpan would be useful.

I used the swimming pool a few times and liked the setting and little waterfall. The walk to the beach and cafes in one direction was not far,, as was the short walk in the other direction to the small supermarket. We used the bbq area for a family gathering and were pleased with the cleanliness of bbq plate, provision of a fridge and the general set up by the pool. Also liked large bathroom with laundry facilities, including trough.

Neighbours smoking, but understood this is difficult for management to change without infringing on others rights.

I liked having a dedicated parking spot right outside my assigned room. It was wonderful that the unit I stayed in was on the ground floor, as requested. Having just one key to use for the front and rear entrances made me feel safe the whole time I stayed there by myself for 2 weeks. The beach was just a short walk away.

Everything was great

Great location on the main street just up from the beach. Nice little pool and outdoor area. Kitchen was well equipped.

The spare single bed in the living room was dreadful - far too soft. I ended up sleeping on the couch, as that was much more comfortable.

The apartments were in a great location, quiet and comfortable. The pool area was lovely, this is where we spent most of our time relaxing.Management and residents were very friendly. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer.

Nothing as we enjoyed our time here.

Specious 1 bedroom unit with private rear courtyard and front patio area. Internal laundry so we could do washing and dry outside on airer. 10 min slow stroll to beach area and plenty of restaurants etc to choose from. We are really happy we stayed here rather than in Cairns.

Lovely apartment in small complex immaculate and well equipped located around 10 minutes from Trinity beach around 10 miles from Cairns close to shops bars and restaurants. Good value for money Staff very friendly and helpful with arranging trips etc including obtaining bus timetables also very patient when we misplaced our key after an evening out Saw wild wallabies nearby also swimming pool available As we went look season reception not always manned but a phone was available whenever we had a query which was always answered very quickly if we ever used Recommend visits to Green Island and Great Barrier Reef Hartleys Crocodile Adventure Kurunda Skyrail and railway Cairn Aquarium

Can't say I disliked anything about our apartment I have no complaints

We had a beautiful 6 night stay. They were so hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back. 5 stars ❤️

The bed was a bit hard but they got a topper so it was excellent with that.

Excellent accomodation. Had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. Loved having full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Staff were great to deal with when we were delayed arriving. Would definitely stay again.
