The price was good. The rooms were neat and tidy. I liked the idea of having a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. and dishes and plates. CONVENIENT TO HAVE BREAKFAST. Plenty of parking and the airconditioning was great even warmthvgotme the cold nights. Also A gideons Bible for those thst might need it. Also extra pillows in the drawer.

There were no bedside tables with drawers so that we could put our phones etc on. I had to use a chair which is not professional! There was also a large clock hanging on the wall, trouble was the hands were broken and enen though we added a battery to operate it it would not work. It kind of belies the Integrity of the unit and should be replaced.

LOVED the fresh, modern decor with such interior design flair. Beautiful room. Incredible price, especially given that room had modern upgrades. Fantastic location. Really loved it.

Only two points - shame there aren’t micro-blinds or Venetian blinds rather than pull down blinds. You need to have the blind down for privacy but such a beautiful window and shame to not be able to have some natural light in the room through blinds not shades. Also found the deep, loose gravel a bit hazardous, noisy and dicey. Would rather they added a bond and steam-riled it flat or used a pavement surface.

The exceptional consideration and service by the owner (who also owns the garden shop next door); the cleanliness of the room; its accessibility to the town and its features. Because there were 3 of us, we had to book 2 rooms; when there was a cancellation of a 2 bedroom room, the owner rang to offer it to us at a reduced price. We were very grateful.

Only one thing: we were cold at night. We found 2 extra blankets but there were 3 of us. I am sure the covers on the beds would be fine in summer, but this was a winter stay.

I liked how nothing was missing eg everything you needed was there, coffee, biscuits, cups, plates, toaster, etc. It was lovely not necessarily having to go into the office and wait to be served. The key box was a novel idea. Maybe a little booklet with possible sightseeing ideas, especially the “gorgeous gem next door. Garden Centre”. We didn’t realise it was so beautiful and we would have visited twice, if we had realised earlier. I must say, whoever does your gardens and pot plants and the cleaning of units, does an excellent job. We definitely will be back and recommend your Motel to others. Thankyou for everything. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s not a big deal but the painting of the bathroom could have some help. It certainly didn’t bother us but maybe it would bother some.

Lovely, quiet, and within walking distance to town and takeaway shops. Beautiful, stunning, and magical garden centre next door where we had breakfast. A gorgeous, inexpensive place to eat with fresh chef made meals surrounded by a magical fairy garden. I believe this is owned by the man and lady who own/run the motor inn. Beautiful, kind, and caring lady by the name of Sue. The decor and everything about the garden centre, with amazing Xmas decorated trees in the gift shop, is just magical. The motor inn was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

The pool needed to be cleaned if you wanted a swim. We just dangled our feet in it.

The motel is on the main street at the start of town. The motel facilities are simply laid out with an easy walk between Reception and the cabins. Single open air car parking works well when everyone parks in front of their own unit. The cleaning staff are efficient and friendly, and Sue at Reception is gracious and friendly. The hot water was a reliable supply, the bar fridge was a decent size to fit a couple of days worth of supplies as the restaurant is currently a storeroom. However next door there is a sweet little garden shop with cafe (albeit currently for sale).

The pool was green and murky so sadly we could not use it to cool off from the heat of each day.

Had breakfast at the cafe next door. Every time I’ve been to this cafe, 3rd time now, trying something new on the menu never disappoints! The flavours they combine are amazing! Love this cafe! While we were waiting for our food, we experienced the beautiful detail of the plants, the chickens, the dress shop, gelato shop and the goats! It all works! Love it!

It would have been nice to have a box of tissues in our room. I also wanted to use a tea towel but there wasn’t one. Only small details but I noticed them.

The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We got in late and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. The best part of the motel stay was going next door for breakfast the next day. What a lovely surprise Gardens Galore was. There was a nice little pub just around the corner for dinner. Also an IGA nearby for your grocery needs.

The traffic noise was a bit noticeable but we are from a very quiet area so it might have just been us.

The room had large bench space for wife and my luggage. There were plenty of power points for charging stations. The bathroom sink had a high water outlet, allowing easy filling of the electric kettle - many motels don't! A/C was effective and quiet. Even though we were near the front, noise was never a problem. Loved the text informing us of how to obtain the key if coming in late. Thoughtful!

The toilet took forever to fill the cistern. Suspect the valve was faulty. Tap had no handle, so maybe it was reduced too much?? (Unit 3). Otherwise, very happy with the unit overall, and price.

Rooms were well set up with a microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and they were very tidy. Location to the Main Street was great. Parking outside the door. Breakfast at the cafe next door in the garden centre was to die for.

The lock on the door was very flimsy. Unfortunately due to some emergency there was no one on site. The pool was green. We could not swim and we could not find the wifi password. The room was decorated very tastefully but the bathroom was a shocker. I wore thongs in the shower.
