Our host Simon was very friendly and helpful. Our studio room was comfortable, very well presented and made very good use of the space. It was very good value for money. You could see how much effort had been put into the property overall, including the gardens, and the view over the bay at sunset was superb.

The studio room was a little small, and we could hear our neighbours a little on the other side of the door. So while it was excellent value for money and comfortable, we probably should have paid a bit more for a larger room.

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts who greeted us on arrival and offered advice on local food and attractions, I had a welcome sign which was such a lovely personal greeting. The space for either a family or a couple was unbelievable with board games DVDs and puzzles. Clean comfortable and tidy units. Simon gave us a tour of his garden and explained the local water life in the bay. Kind hearted friendly service and they offer free accommodation for cancer patients and family members going through the trauma of a family member receiving treatment and also signs around to start conversations raising mental health and suicide awareness. Both causes are close to my heart making the booking feel even more welcoming and warm. I my husband and friends highly recommend booking at this accommodation in addition the price was unbeatable value for money.

Simon had created a lovely space which was immaculately clean and well thought out. It was partway between 2 areas we visited so it worked nicely for us. Simon was a delightful and thoughtful host who loves the area and was pleased to share his knowledge of local eateries and etc with us. We were very grateful to have been told about one restaurant that offered seriously delicious food! :D

We loved virtually everything about our stay there. Our first night was incredbly quiet and peaceful. The lovely garden creates a private space, and we had an excellent night's sleep. (The second night adjoining room guests arrived and unfortunately their unpacking etc was audible to me and I am a light sleeper. This issue isn't specific to Abs at all, just something that made it less restful for me as i need silence to sleep soundly.)

With my name on a sign welcoming me until I left I felt happy. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. The garden surrounds well tended and the view of the bay from the back gate, supreme. Simon met me as I was unloading the car and we had a brief chat about the surrounding area. He let me know that if there was anything I required I could contact him. I felt relaxed and it was very peaceful.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Exceptionally clean with comfortable bed. Proximity to Port Arthur was a plus for us. Simon, the owner/manager was kind, gracious and very professional. Well marked signage and additional directions provided via email. We didn’t go past it even in the dark evening!

Our unit was a bit tight and as we arrived too late to eat outside, the two of us eating in the room space was a bit of a challenge. Suspect the location allows the rate charged.

Loved most everything about it. Good location near Eaglehawk Neck and Port Arthur. There’s a ocean front at the back of the accommodation, very nice! Simon the owner was super informative and nice.

The house we were in was pretty tiny and there’s no kitchen but this is because we paid for the room without it to save a bit of money, so it’s not their fault. Hot water took a while to work in the shower though.

Awesome, lovely guests, only a few things could be better, maybe google play, for the younger' families to connect to their services, maybe basics like , butter, sauce, maybe first breakfast included in fridge, we travel a lot and breakfast 1st day is very inviting , just increase first nights rental, overall loved it , we will be back , if you need any painting done, that's my business, beautiful place , 5 stars

Very clean and well furnished. Owner takes pride and invested a lot of his time in taking good care of his garden! I love the flowers and trees planted in his garden that surrounds the units of accommodation. Simply Wonderful !

The apartment is immaculate and very tastefully decorated, well layed out and spotlessly clean but on the small side, excellent for one or two nights.
