Although small we enjoyed our private cabin accomodation for the night we stayed with it's little ensuite vs the other shared facilities options. It was quiet, convenient with a nice walk in the adjoining botanic gardens to The Mill (ShedShakers Taproom highly recommended). Seats with table out the back was a pleasant spot to sit, relax and some sample local wine overlooking the gardens (although there was not much to see through the trees).
The cabins are close to each other but we had no issues with noise from other guests. There was some noise (horns mostly) from the railway nearby however but for us this wasn't really obtrusive or a problem (if you're a very light sleeper you might disagree).

Loved our stay. Lots of trees with the Botanical Gardens next door, the public pool on the other side. Our cabin was spotless and there is such a varied type of accommodation like the safari tents with bathrooms and 1 glamtainer overlooking the gardens, lots of cabins and caravan sites with ensuites, sensory garden, kids room and a room for people who need work online while away from home. The staff could not do more to make our stay enjoyable even inviting us to the bush hut (bbq area) for happy hour - our drinks, they brought nibbles. Very happy to visit again!! MAM👍😁😁

It was a small cabin with everything in it, just right for us 2 adults and a kid. Everything was clean, and all amenities were provided. Located next to the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens, it is in a peaceful and serene location. The Mill is about 5 minutes walk away, where you can get great food and ice cream. A place like this always takes you back to the best part of your childhood!
All good, nothing to dislike

Cleanliness was outstanding! Cabin was a decent size. Gardens were well kept and close to amenities. Friendly staff. Pleasantly welcomed with air con already on for us upon arrival on a very very hot day!
Underwhelmed with the activities for kids. No park, no jumping pillow. To go to local pool was extra - perhaps the park could collaborate with local pool and get passes for visitors staying at the park.

The Villa was very nice. Great size, very clean, had everything you needed. Like that it had ironing board & hairdryer. Great location.
Kids were a bit disappointed that the park didn't have many of the extra's they look forward to at a Big 4. ie. jumping pillow, pool or good games room. Unfortunately there were a lot of ants in the room. They even got into the sealed cereal packet.

First time in a cabin at a caravan park. Very clean site. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for our needs. Quiet at night. A bonus is being next door to the Botanic Gardens, and hearing the beautiful whistle of the old steam train going by. It's a good way of meeting other people. Would have no hesitation to book again.

I love that I always feel welcome - map provided for late check in, follow up to see I got in ok, heater already on for my arrival etc. Great location. Very clean. Very comfy beds. I love your park.
I couldn't find the password for the WiFi. My door lock (bungalow #14) was temperamental to get to work. The fridge froze the milk (set too high?).

it is handy as it is near the Railway that I work at, I can walk there and then got to a pub and get back without being a menace on the road. It was well appointed and the room was comfortable for the purpose of rest and rejuvenation that railway work requires.
the walkway from the unit to the shared facilities needs to be better marked for the purpose of walking after dark such as kerbsides and step edges.

Loved the close proximity to the Botanical Gardens and nature walk. Sensory garden in the park was lovely. The Mill across the road was a great way to spend an afternoon. Amenities block had great showers. Cabin was very clean.

Cabin was convenient and comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like was the long blind on the sliding door of my cabin. it's annoying to draw it up when going out to the toilet block at night, and it disturbs others who are sleeping.
