Walking distance to town. Friendly staff. Quiet location comfortable beds, plenty of parking. Hot water was hot, reasonable tarif. Highly recommend.

Loved the area, and the room, had to park on the side of our room 13 as no room to park in front of room as small area. More cookies would have been appreciated, only 1 each . The male receptionist was lovely and friendly. It was our 25 the wedding anniversary and we stay there at least once or twice a year..

A nice note to acknowledge our wedding anniversary would have been special Told the receptionist it was our wedding anniversary and that we had been there many times and I had booked 6 rooms for a special birthday. Anyway they have a business to run and he was busy and there was a female staff member who had just cleaned our room Overall we were happy with the services and yes we will be back.

The location and staff here are SO amazing, plus it was the cheapest accommodation I could find over the long weekend. The room was pre-heated for us because it was cold, and there was a space heater in the bathroom to make sure it isn't too cold in there. The rooms and beds were dated but still super comfortable and cozy, plus it's a short walk to coles and the main street/attractions in Daylesford

The wifi wasn't good, so I wouldn't plan on working or doing anything that relies on good internet (but I was happy to disconnect!). If you have brekky included you might miss it on the first morning you're there unless you arrive before 6:30pm because you have to order ahead and it is basic cereals/toast/fruit drink etc, but there are plenty of breakfast options around so I'd suggest trying somewhere if you can. The hot water takes a while to reach the room, so turn it on well before you need to wash your hands/shower etc. (there is a note above the sink to remind you). None of these things were dealbreakers, just good to note :)

Great location and quiet at night.

Comfortable stay at Daylesford Motor Inn. Room was clean and warm on arrival, which was appreciated on a cold night. Twin room was perfect for my son and me. Staff were attentive and the room was serviced daily. Overall, a good stay with room for a few small improvements

Bathroom was large but could use a refresh—tiles felt dark and the shower head needed attention. The motel was hard to find in the dark and rain; some extra lighting at the entrance would help.

The accommodation itself was cosy and had all the facilities you needed for comfort. There was a fridge, microwave, toaster and hot water jug with tea/coffee. The room had very good heating and a large tv, bathroom was newly renovated. the location was terrific and was walking distance to the main street in Daylesford. There was also a Coles supermarket 5mins walk from inn. I liked how easy it was to check in and check out. I had breakfast included and it was a basic continental offering but i was happy with what was provided (cereal, juice, milk, toast). There is heaps of eateries 5mins away from inn too - Thai, Wine and Cheese, Italian so you can opt out of the breakfast offering if staying.

nothing everything was perfect

The motel is very well positioned and close to everything, including town. We booked the 1 bedroom with 3 of us girls. It was very comfortable and very quiet. We very much enjoyed staying there.

The housekeeping is a bit late, we had the Monday morning as our half day out, but when we come back around 12pm, the rooms still not been cleaned. But the staff did came around and asked whether we needed the room cleaned, but we declined, due to our tiredness stage. May be the door sign might be an idea.

One guest wasn't well in the morning so I rang immediately to see if I could change the booking to a smaller room. This was done without any fuss or additional charge extra. On arrival was greeted by warm and friendly front of house, who was super helpful with allowing us to keep our bicycles inside when requested. After calling in the morning to change the booking capacity, we were given a much cheaper rate for a smaller room but still had plenty of space (2 x bedrooms) for three people. Great location walking distance to center of town and Coles pretty much next door.

Nothing, very comfortable.

Perfect motel, close to town. Easy to get to, had e writhing I needed for a comfortable, 2 night stay for Chillout Festival. Also very LGBTIQA+ friendly.

The fridge door did not swing shut sometimes, so it required paying attention to it shutting. I am being picky though!

the shower was amazing, great pressure and temperature. room was comfortable and did the job. the tv remote stopped working, so i took it to reception. the lady was very nice and changed the battery, and also came into the room to ensure it was working.

there needs to be signs in the rooms for guests to use about asking for the room to be made or not. we didn't want it made, but it was. there were bees hanging around our car and the room. maybe cutting back the plants around the rooms might help.
