Liked to be all rooms ground level with parking spot right in front of door like Motels should have. So no one above to hear. Even nearly booked out other guests were considerate or rooms really done with sound proof walls. Was quiet. Liked a real key, no fancy electronic stuff that can go wrong. Water pressure was great and toilet clean and worked well. There was a little fridge.

Was a bit of a smoke smell lingering even it was a non smoking room. (Thanks to other guests probably not adhering to rules or their clothes bringing it in) I always miss to have multiple bins to divide recyclables at any accommodation: Glass, metal, paper, plastic, 10c plastic, then normal garbage. We need to take more care of our environment.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 50 years.' The Jolly Swagman is possibly the best presented I have experienced. Information in the room was top class (included a note pad and pen) designed and presented for the benefit of the guest. Even toilet paper was superior. The owner/operator obviously believes in quality and service and at an affordable rate. I wholeheartedly recommend the Jolly Swagman. John H

Location was excellent bring close to town and friends.

The room we stayed in had extremely low water pressure and there was a note on the wall to let the shower run for 2 minutes for it to get warm. It only got to luke warm with no cold water to temper. Pressure was so low it was difficult to wash the soap out of our hair. We had stayed in this same room some months prior and the water pressure had not improved. Room was opposite the car wash and early morning car washers made a bit of noise.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Television worked well s did the Wi-Fi. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

It was inconvenient that the tenants were able to park anywhere, rather than in front of their own units. I was unable to park outside my unit to take luggage to and from the car as others parked in front of my unit. This was both inconvenient and annoying.

The Manager was readily available and swapped us into another room when the first didn’t have the required two separate beds. The bathroom was spotless and newly renovated. Everything worked in the room and it was relatively quiet and very comfortable.

It met all our requirements.

Easy accessibility, I appreciate the contact of the owner of the property to talk about any issues or where the keys were to get to our room, as he wasn’t going to be there at the time as it was a late arrival.

The room did not have and cutlery or breakfast bowls or side plates,make sure you bring your own if you are going to have a microwave meal, toast or cereal.

Breakfast not available. Location very good, close to town centre. No traffic noise. Clean facilities and helpful staff.

Very little natural light in the room, had to use lighting whenever inside, even at daytime. Parking in front of our unit was not always available because there were only 2 parking spots for 4 units in the corner.

Super easy check in and check out, and easy walking distance to the Pub (check out Seven Creeks for the THE BEST beer garden). Very clean, very comfortable, relatively quiet.

Well kept motel, helpful staff, bed was comfortable, had everything it said it did, great for a stop over or longer.

Bit far to walk into town, but still easily done
