The beautiful trees overlooking my bedroom when I awoke each morning were serene and soothing for the soul and spirit. The staff were very friendly and supportive and property manager a dream caring soul and spirit.. I advise that there is further items placed in the home ie saucepans, a recycling bin in the kitchen is a must because its great for the environment, and anything else i left notes on the table. A new frypan is a urgent requirement cause the old one i would never be able to use as is. And i highly recommend that the owner of the property quickly invests in a rail along the staircase as I had great difficulty climbing the stairs due to a hip injury - and for OHS reasons i consider this an essential requirement and a very serious one. Older people should be respected for such things especially given it is an expensive unit to stay in. And I think that a notice should be written in an A4 sheet and pinned in the kitchen wall to remind every one who lives there to maintain quiet for other residents to enjoy because of what occurred with the unit to the left making noise on the second night and officers arrived to check them. And then they stopped the noise.

No shower cap in bathrooms. NOT ENOUGH OVEN MITS ITS ESSENTIAL RATHER THAN RISK BURNING ONES HANDS

very hot in the main bathroom, no blind in there. couldn’t use it in the afternoon due to the afternoon Sun. didn’t like the fixed shower head. particularly being short!

Some traffic noise over night, but beds were so comfy we slept really well. Perhaps a hand rail for the stairs - my mum is over 80 and had to be very careful as there was no rail to steady herself on, but the lights on the lower stairs helped - just a small issue that didn’t affect our stay at all xxx

The bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect.

The internet was a bit slow at the start but was worked on by staff.

Good location by the lake. 1km walk to High St. SAM(museum) just nearby. Bike path by lake opposite the apartment. Numbered parking spot for the unit (though other residents may take your spot)

Front entrance needed tidying and all windows could have been cleaned.

Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities. Nice park to walk around at night across the street.

Be careful when entering the crossover.

okay space, bathroom was tidy, laundry actually had laundry powder available

we thought we booked a room with a spa but it turns out the website booked the wrong room for us
