The Motel is on the major road through Shepparton. Close to the RSL for meals and close to shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had necessities for showering and washing hands. The bed was comfortable.

We had trouble finding the entrance with Google Maps having the entrance from the back not the side. Our room backed onto the highway and traffic noise was bad.

This is a good, standard motel. Bed was comfy and wifi was reliable. The heating was good and fridge worked well. Plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water. No complaints!

The showerhead was a little broken so water sprayed out the bottom as well as the head. The sofa was a bit dusty. Minor things, overall was very good.

Yes good to deal with and accommodated our requests

Noise coming into our room from wooden door connecting to unknown persons to us staying in adjoining suite. It made us uncomfortable and was disconcerting regarding security and privacy. We would not accept a room like that had we known. Archway to back parking area tight as was car parking space.

Simple room with the necessary minimum! Microwave, kettle, plain grill, fridge, cups, spoons. It's more than enough 🙂 A pleasure also to have tea and coffee! And some cookies 😋 If you need more crockery and cutlery, just ask reception 🙂 The shower is perfect, with strong pressure, and easy hot water adjustment. Television in the bedroom. Tables, chairs, sofa, bedside tables. What more ! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that, daily housekeeping! I'm glad to have stayed here. Thank you for your warm welcome and your kindness 🤗

Family running the business lives there too which was a comfort factor for us. Most travellers likely prefer total quiet. But for city folks like us, the little bit of activity and sounds was another comfort factor for us, cos it means people are within reach; live is happening as we snooze. Eg. Those who travel amid work stay there (I assume that’s what’s happening as the person we saw had visibility vest on as he went in and out of his room).

Exposed-brick walls. But this is NOT a deal-breaker. Smoker smoking in front of own room door. But I think we smelled the smoke only cos we didn’t realise the window was slid open in position slightly.

Location was great

Electric kettle was not working, the window blinds were not working either !! Parking was too cramped . Property, specially around reception was dirty.

The rooms were clean, with plenty of power points (most times you are flat out trying to find them) and hot water galore. Staff made the bed every day and replenished tea bags, coffee etc. building looks a bit shabby on the outside but the rooms are anything but

Parking was hit and miss at times as there is no dedicated parking per room. Might be different at the back of the complex but we were located at the front. Parked on the street if none available near our room

Good location, clean bathroom.

There were lots of weird noise in the middle of the night. Sounded like a little pipe was rattling or when you turn a tap on and it makes that strange noise. There was a bit of dust around. And you could hear people talking in the next room.

The room was more spacious than I imagined. The shower was good, towells and linen good. Tv and heating easy to use and worked well. Electric blankets worked well. Good fridge and freezer .

The entrance door jams and should be fixed

It was super clean and the shower water was nice and hot. The TV on the wall had Netflix. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was right outside the room. The owner let use check in early. Recommended places to eat.
