The room was comfortable and the lighting was reasonable. The provision of a toaster and electric jug with a small amount of milk provided us with sufficient equipment to have breakfast in the morning although being able to have two coffees would have been better but there was insufficient milk.

You dropped the key in a key safe, even at 10am, so there was no facility to explain maintenance items that needed attention, such as a leaking connection in the shower. There were also hoons, in cars, speeding outside in the street in the early hours and making it difficult to sleep.

The group of tennis club visitors that were rowdy and loud outside drinking partying all night till 2 in the morning for 3 nights on the Easter weekend. I hope you all read this 🤬Ruined a lot of guests holidays.I have stayed in the past and has been real peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this motel to stay.

We were in the middle of moving house and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Lovely room and it had all that we needed. We were put in a family suite as they had no smaller rooms left, but was amazed that it could sleep 5 and had 2 bathrooms! Had never seen that before!! Overall, would stay there again!

Rooms are small but very good value for the price. Pool is great. Rooms were clean and tidy

Room with double bed and 2 singles was probably more suited to just have a double but we just needed it for sleeping. Fridge was tiny!

The room was quiet and comfortable. We had a comfortable queen bed with electric blanket; the room had a small table and 4 chairs. The air con was quiet and effective.

There were no drinking glasses in our room but this was quickly rectified when we advised Reception. The pool was green and needed cleaning - fortunately we didn't want to swim.

Room was as expected, quite decent with good heating and comfort as well as quite good noise reduction as we and others all had small noisy kids and we didn't have too much noise sneaking in or out of the rooms

One bed only had half heated bed, but otherwise perfect.

The facilities in this hotel are very dated. Think 1970s decor. However, the hotel is obviously very well looked after. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious with a microwave TV fridge. Mine was missing a kettle, but that issue was soon rectified. It's got palm trees as well

There isn't anything bad to say. It's got a great location five hundred metres from the centre of Shepparton. It's maybe a little far from the railway station

Our room was great, very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. The location was fantastic,close to the centre of town.

Our room was right at the front of the building on a busy main road. The noise overnight was terrible. Not their fault but still very annoying.

Handy location, ample free parking, very comfortable bed and a spa bath to soak away the aches from driving most of the day.

I had to toss up between a ground floor room (preferred) or an upstairs one with a spa bath. The bath won.

Easy to find I arrived late after the close of check in. The had an easy safe process to collect it and gain access
