I travelled with co-workers and the service was exceptional. Jodie, Stacey, Michael and Tara all made my stay very pleasant and convenient. The facilities are excellent and the bed very comfortable. They have smart tv’s and excellent appliances. Conveniently located right next door to Aldi, a butcher and Dan Murphy’s you can walk to get supplies. The complimentary parking also means that you can head out for a meal or explore further afield. They also have EV charges for electric vehicles. We used the conference facilities, which were excellent and the staff were very helpful in getting us all set up. The court is also very close for those staying for work in the court. All round great experience and will definitely return to the Quest if I’m staying in Shepparton again.

The property was central to town and other amenities Short walking distance to the venue we had planned It was clean and comfortable

Some of the curtains were coming off the racks which made it look quite old/dated My son tried to fix them but could not I found some rubbish near the main bedroom side table that had been left by the previous people One of the draw handles in the main bedroom had come loose which I reported Also just remind your Staff to check on shower bottles each time they clean the room as the first time I had showered the body soap had finished and needed to be refilled and I was lucky that I brought my own to use Otherwise it was very nice and clean

bed was extremely comfortable - staff were excellent. charging points in carpark was an added unexpected bonus.

Curtains are falling off their hooks. Mould growing on the window panes. Mould in the shower - base and lower tiles and frame of door. hanging hooks behind the bathroom door are broken. One light in the main room didn't work. Kitchen only had 2 of everything - would have been handy to have 3 or 4 of everything, so we didn't have to wash up every time we used a thing. Rubbish bags supplied are sooo thin, that they break very easily and the smell then permeates through the room.

Location, it’s right in the centre of town. Staff were lovely, especially the staff member who helped us check out, she was lovely. Minibar and food delivery facilities were great additions. Onsite free parking was terrific too.

The bed :(. It was two singles locked together and it was very uncomfortable for our preference. I tried not too but ended up in the join and it wasn’t a great sleep.

Location is fantastic and 3 bedroom for family is a good size. Staff were pleasant and accomodating.

Unit 314 was tired, needed new kitchen bench top. Windows facing highway/main street need to be double glazed to cut out car noise and sounds of people talking near shops below. Kept some family members awake. Under beds wasn’t clean, found items from previous guests.

We had a lovely check in with a warm welcome! The staff were always so patient and kind to our three children. We will be staying again.

Bathrooms are rundown eg, massive crack in shower tray, tiles and grout need a good clean.

Room was big enough for 1 or 2 nights. Very clean & comfortable. Location was good. Staff were very friendly

Aircon could have worked much better. Possibly needs replacing to a newer model as it struggled with the temp outside

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and nothing was too much for them.

Airconditioning in the bedrooms. it was stifling when the doors were closed to the bedrooms because the a/c was only in the living area

Lovely clean facilities. Fantastic staff. Easy check in, parking, great location. Modern apartment, great having 2 bathrooms. Nice shampoo and conditioner provided.

Not very sound proof from one room to the next in the 3 bedroom apartment.

Excellent! Well appointed, clean, comfy beds. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Only thing to report was remote didn’t work for reverse cycle unit. To turn it on or off I had to stand on a chair and use the switch on the unit.
