Comfy bed, it was beautiful. Quiet location (at back of block). Great shower.

room wasnt cleaned one day, no teaspoons provided, no plug in sink to do dishes, shower floor didnt feel overly clean, light in bathroom was on the blink (took a while to come on), lighting in kitchen area was a bit dull, actually the lighting in the whole room was a bit dull for reading. We werent there during the day, so it didnt bother us much, and we were overall happy with the room. The owner/manager (Bonni) was lovely and extremely helpful.

We loved the room we had suited from my husband and I. We travelled down from Sydney and the communication between myself and the host/owner was fantastic, I informed we will be checking in later due to us driving and they provided clear instructions on where they would leave the key for us. We stayed for 4 days and 5 nights and it was great, close to everything convenient, quiet, had everything you would have at home available to use. We also had room service to clean our rooms and there was a day where we didn't need it cleaned so it was great they asked. Thank you for letting us stay with you and next time we return we will deff stay with you guys again.

Nothing, everything was good for us

Clean and reasonably well appointed, comfortable.

No hair dryer, or heater. The main problem was that Booking.com implied that Yass was essentially booked out, quite untrue, looking at nearby motels, and my only chance of a room was booking a 2 bedroom apartment, $40 more than a standard room. I’d already paid, when the receptionist asked why I, travelling alone, needed a 2 bedroom apartment! She gave me a smaller unit, which would have cost $40 less, but it was too late to change the cost. So why does the website do this? They also indicated that this motel was booked out for the next two weeks. In future, in Australia, I will phone the motel direct.

I was looking for a clean lower cost stay as we only needed somewhere to sleep at night as we we were assisting a family member moving. This was perfect. Comfortable bed. The shower was hot, aircon cold and worked, a microwave and clean crockery and cutlery. Exactly what we needed!!!

Just didn't know how to work the TV. It was on foxtel I pressed a button and lost everything. No a huge problem but it might be for the next guest.

The hotel would have been quite trendy in its day, it is clearly dated, but is spacious with new linen and a new big screen TV. We found it very comfortable, cannot argue with the price and the location is good. It was also very quiet, with easy parking. There were spare pillows and plenty of coffee sachets, also a little complimentary shampoo and conditioner, which we did not expect for the price point. Great value.

OFFER BRDEAKFAST IF IT WAS AVAILABLE WE WOULD HAVE SUPPORTED IT. oN THE HOLE EVERY THING WAS SATISFACTORY WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS, WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE WERE NEEDING ACCOMMADATION.

Only one channel on TV more options should be available. May be phone connection to reception area in case of emergency. Someone banged on our door at 3.30AM in the morning. Was bit scary.

Staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and car parking was at my door, over all my stay was great.

The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are amazing, greet you with a smile very friendly and helpful, I wish all hospitality staff were as good as these guys are.
