First the room was very good until after raining, we found the door frame full of ants and some were inside, we report to the reception and she sent a staff come to a look immediately and wipe out the ants and going to spray. But we asked the reception is it possible to change another room, the staff check the system and immediately offer us another similar room (a little bit smaller but OK), we are very happy for the services. Car park at the front of the hotel room, very convenience.

The restaurant not open on Sunday and the breakfast open at 8am on Saturday, it is a bit late for some clients living in the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms large and comfortable with bright decor. The staff were excellent and the restaurant also provided good food. We enjoyed both a dinner and breakfast at the hotel.

The pillows were all very soft - a matter of taste and would suit many people. The hotel is also a little distance (about a kilometre) from the centre of town. Whilst fine to walk when not hot it is a little bit far when hot and humid, especially if walking into town for dinner. That said the hotel is directly across from a small lake which makes for a more pleasant location.

The room was really beautiful and spacious. It was all very clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is amazing and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

There was some machine running near our room window ALL night, it was loud, disruptive and a struggle to sleep through. We were in room 30 - so would request another room next time for this reason.

It’s a stunning hotel, presents very well.

There was no support to get bags up the stairs (i.e. no bell staff or elevators).

Such a cute and comfortable hotel. Great location, close to everything. Their restaurant is a must try, the food was delicious and fresh! Staff were lovely and very accomodating. Stayed there with our 3 kids twice during the summer holidays and will be back again for sure..It has become one if our favourite destination when traveling around Victoria.

I have stayed here before, so I immediately booked the same hotel. Very comfortable beds, great location, pool was a bonus from last time, but so clean and immaculate. Food was fabulous. Staff are wonderful.

A stronger wifi would add value. I was sending some photos through for work, some sent, some didn't.

Could not rate breakfast but evening meal was excellent location excellent location quiet over Christmas Christmas lunch very good detail to decorations in house top quality.

The thought of a coffee bistro would be a great idea as I love a Chai latte missing a drink.

The renovations have improved the units considerably. The food and alcohol at the restaurant were delicious but overpriced

Breakfast was disappointing. Soggy toast jam and butter in plastic containers. Overpriced. $6 for a,self made cup of tea with a tea bag is ridiculous

The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was very comfortable with clean sheets / linen. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The extra fluffy blanket added the extra touch on a cold wintery night.

Everything was excellent

Very clean, great staff and an excellent meal. The bed was excellent,so comfortable.

One minor criticism was the lack of knives and plates and champagne glasses. We purchased some cheese and bubbles but struggled with the cheese. Reception arranged a glass for the bubbles.
