We enjoyed our stay here and found the room to have all that we needed. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the water in the bathroom was hot. The TV and heating worked well and the kitchen accessories and microwave were handy. We also liked the location and it's only a short drive to the main centre and places to eat. The lake view is lovely and tranquil. We will come back again for sure.

Mostly we found everything to be good. The beds and the pillows were a bit firm for our preferences. The signage for the Paradise Lakes Motel can be easily missed driving along the highway.

Room is clean, well appointed. Cutlery and crockery were fair, didn't worry us as we travel with our own, but cutlery was virtually non existent. Had we needed it, l am sure the lovely man in reception would have resolved it.The setting was very pleasant, easy to find and very comfortable. Pool was great!

Nothing really, just whoever cleaned didn't restock cupboardproperly, just an oversight, l am sure.

The rooms were relatively clean but there is no after hours number for emergencies. I went to go outside and the back door locked itself behind me, I couldn’t get back inside or contact anyone for help. Reception was also late to open that morning so I had to wait even longer to get back into my room. However the family who owns it seem nice, and the booking experience was simple.

The room with rear access backed onto the Goulburn River and we could sit outside under the veranda and watch the river flow by. So peaceful. Lots of bird life including ducks, magpies, cockatoos, waterfowl’s and more. We had 3 very hot days and the air conditioning worked well and was very quiet.

Walls could a little better soundproofed. We could hear our neighbour’s tv faintly at night.

Nice friendly welcoming Spacious room and bathroom and good value for money ( nearly $50 cheaper to a similar room we cancelled in another town ) Car parking excellent to our room and complimentary biscuits. Nice pressure shower

Poor entrance signs. Yard, pool and surrounds have the potential to be attractive but need attention. Even a sweep of leaves etc outside our door makes it more appealing. Lack of power points and cutlery and shower door in our unit was difficult to operate

Room was spacious as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. It was a quiet location but only a short drive up to the town centre. Plenty of room for parking. There are museums next door and a minigolf. Tea and coffee facilites provided

Decor is a bit dated but not really an issue

The location was very convenient for the museum of vehicle evolution which is what we wanted to see. The lake out the back door was a very pleasant surprise and we saw some birds in the morning. The room was large.

Some of the fixtures needed maintenance, curtains etc. Decor is rather dated but clean and comfortable.

Outside area in the front and on the back patios could really do with a good tidy up and clean. First impressions are always important and the first impression upon driving in was disappointing. Also clean or replace the front sign.

Easy and quick check in and checkout. South of Shepparton so was close to where we had a family event. Motel clean, everything we needed in the room. Older style building could do with some garden sprucing up.
