The Mantra Shepparton is a brand new build and the apartments are modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Great location close to everything. Being a new property, there are still a few teething issues — the toilet needed a few flushes to work properly, and it could really do with a thorough vacuum to get rid of new-build dust. Would also love to see proper mugs in the room instead of the tiny cups. That said, overall a great stay and once those little issues are sorted, it’ll be even better.

We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday evening, the place has comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff. When we needed assistance, the site manager was prompt and helpful. Location is walking distance on the outskirts of the town centre so is quiter to stay. The parking could be improved by allocating by room number to ensure guests have sufficient parking for the duration of their stay, as the temporary parking isn't under cover or lit up very well. Would definitely stay again.

Well designed, good quality fittings and bed and bathroom. Simple to use room with great block out blinds, they provided a cot for us. There was a lift to the first floor where we stayed.

The bathroom screen wasn’t sealed at the bottom so water leaked out which was disconcerting but didn’t actually inconvenience us. Hopefully they fix that before it damaged the room. The rooms look brand new. Everything is very. Lean and tidy and neat.

This hotel is only a month old and it's great. Clean. spacious, good value for money and well appointed !! Liked the water bar access too. The staff member working in reception was warm, approachable and knowledgeable of the local area.

Not having access to the coffee bar as advertised was a tiny bit annoying ! Also, would have been great to have had some more tea/ coffee in the room.

Very close to town centre and all amenities. The room was very clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Check in was simple and efficient, staff very friendly and happy to help with recommendations for meals.

The room was smaller than I was expecting, just big enough for the bed and a small table.

in room 217 there was a problem with the drainage in the shower...the plug was blocked and filled the entire bathroom. there were no staff to report this to as reception was not manned from 5 in the evening until after we left at 10is the next day. i

It was very comfortable and tidy. The presentation of the rooms were immaculate. The welcoming from staff and their hospitality is unmatched in the Shepparton area. The rooms were well equipped and designed to be comfortable and efficient.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this location, it was amazing!

Property was lovely and clean and new

There was no benches to put a foldout suitcase or any bench space in the bathroom

Brand new facilities, very comfortable and close to where we needed to be.
