Price was reasonable for the stay. It was nice to be away from the centre of town. It was lovely and quiet and the kids enjoyed the playground. It was nice to see some wildlife too.

There was a slight smell to the cabin, perhaps from the air-conditioning. We bought some air freshener which helped. The only other downside was we paid for the equivalent of 6 adults (we had 2 adults and 3 children) and whilst we were provided enough toiletries, we only had 2 bottles of water and 2 small milks. In the scheme of things it wasn't that much of an issue, however it did create some chaos in the morning. The small things matter. Aside from that, everything else was great and we were happy with our stay.

I loved the BBQ error

I had such a great stay at the BIG4 Caravan Park! The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the park itself was spotless and well-maintained. The facilities are excellent – from clean amenities to great communal areas – and everything felt really family-friendly and relaxed.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff. We got a lovely surprise when we got to our room because the heating had already been switched on! The Park was quiet and well maintained. The room was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. There were roads and parkland to walk our dogs. There were even doggie bag dispensers scattered around the park.

Theresa was lovely n welcoming on arrival n upgraded our cabin, which was spacious, modern n had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were travelling through otherwise we would have stayed longer. Great stay when travelling with our dog.

Our mattress was very uncomfortable And the couch in our cabin was very stained and looked dirty , but the cabin otherwise was spotless, clean , everything there you need to enjoy your holiday

The cabin was clean and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Grounds were clean and all amenities provided with easy access. Pets allowed. Staff were very friendly and informative

Nothing

Facilities were clean and great value for money if travelling with kids. Our son loved the jumping pillow, playground and swimming pool on site. Bonus is that our doggy could also join. Plenty of family friendly activities, nice cafe's & restsurants to choose from in Shepperton within easy drive from Big 4.

Facilities good for kids and pleasant surrounds.

The studio apartment was very basic which is fine, but I thought quite expensive relative to motel rooms with better facilities.

Fantastic Place To Stay Clean And Tidy Fantastic Cabins And Awesome Staff,Came Into Warm Cabin With Heater On For Us And A Welcome Card And Some Goddies In The Fridge Highly Recommend We Will Be Back

Only thing I could suggest is another bar on the top bunks, or even a bumper you buy, we just put the big chopping board up there tightly for extra safety but I'm a worry wart🤣🤣
