For our purposes it was convenient to both the hospital, shops and meals. There was a pool, the accommodation was clean, the bathroom was roomy, the hot water hot, there was an extra towel, there was a comfy settee.Table & 2 chairs, a desk with light. Bed very comfortable. Great aircon. Very convenient parking close to room. Thanks.

The fridge made a noise in the middle the night, solved by turning it off! (Turned it on again in morning.) The internet dropped out whilst I was attending a course very early in the morning. I managed to restart it. Otherwise it worked well. Only 1 sachet of hot choc drink, for 2 people. Could have used a couple of plates & bowls. Change of password daily was a nuisance.

Having off road car park and an on-site restaurant with a ground floor room was very beneficial. Made for a pleasant stay. The restaurant was very obliging to cook variations to the menu on request for their customers and the staff very friendly with good service. The general hotel staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, serviced daily and situation was quiet.

On arrival the receptionist was less than helpful and quite 'short' in her response when we requested a ground floor to avoid climbing the steep stairwell over 3days. Rather than juggle bookings to ensure our safety and comfort, she conceeded to send a staff member to assist us with our baggage from the car, who immediately realised as elderly we would require a ground floor and he negotiated with the office to rearrange the bookings. We appreciated his understanding and help.

Location Hot shower and water pressure. Pool was refreshing and opened late. Staff very polite and curtious.

Didn’t have smart tv or NETFLIX RECEPTION PIXILATION ON TV. Needs a sprouse up inside, curtains old and smelt dusty. Had to connect curtain hook properly to close curtain completely.

Room was clean and comfortable. All furnishings and amenities in good condition. Motel was well located, close to centre of town, and giving easy access to main roads in and out. Receptionists friendly and efficient in most cases.

Room on first floor wasn't ideal; had to carry bike, spare wheels and other gear up and down stairs. Parking layout isn't great. Receptionist on arrival has much to learn from her older colleagues; her demeanour was about as personable as my fridge.

Room was comfortable and very clean. The free WiFi worked really well and the extra TV channels were a bonus for my downtime. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room service was delicious and value for money.

The "Buffet" breakfast was a waste of time. Its not value for money and very little variety. I wouldn't bother going back to the restaurant again for breakfast.

Room cleaned, towels replaced daily, tea and milk replaced daily. Parking right outside our room. Convenient proximity to the restaurant. Within walking distance to other restaurants and the RSL was on the opposite corner for those who like that sort of venue.

Accessing the Wi-Fi caused my partner a lot of stress. The first number failed, then the second ones also. It took two people in Reception to actually make the connection.

Location to Entertainment at Riverlinks, lots of parking, pool.

The price of a queen room was expensive in comparison to other motels, a bit outdated for its price. No microwave to heat up a heat pack for sore back or if needing to eat in the room. No outdoor seats or ashtrays.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Was nice to arrive on cold night and find the room warm from the a/c - welcoming touch. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have cold bottles of water in fridge - so many motels don't do this yet it's such a simple and welcomed gesture. Most of all is was nice to check in to a motel that has a person at the desk rather than a key box and pin number.

My front door was difficult to close.

Big rooms. Big comfortable bed. Clean rooms.

Pool area was locked. Old tech - need an actual key to get into the rooms. Mini bar is not in room, meaning you cannot get anything after reception closes. Place is good, but needs an upgrade.
