Perfect for a small family needing privacy and small kitchen amenities in cabin. It was peaceful and quiet . Staff were very kind and helpful . Will be a wonderful spot to come back to in summer .

Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner and Bathroom sink was clogged . I just fixed it myself as it was late when I had noticed and wasn't a hard issue to fix(previous cleaner myself).In reality im just scrapping the negative bowl as there was nothing eles to complain about with our cabin and stay. We had a fabulous small family get away and hands down come back again .

Riz, the hostess, was very kind from the day we booked in April - when she described all the different accommodation cabins. Checking in was simple and with a friendly telephone call, we were allowed to check in on the day at 1pm - a little earlier than the 2pm standard. The premises, inside and out, were very clean. There was a nice deck and a pool out the front. Inside the cabin were comfortable couch, beds and pillows with extra blankets. Good water pressure and sensible non slip flooring in the shower. Well equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery, utensils and cutlery. Thick, spotlessly clean bathroom towels were provided too. We look forward to staying there again when we next visit Shepparton.

Great cabin, comfy and roomy and it was perfect for a family of 6. Powerful and cold air con, big drive way to park your car, Pool was excellent. Next door to a shopping complex. Perfect night in Shepparton.

Just giving feedback. The bigger washing machine in the laundry took my $4 and didn't work, had to use the smaller machine. Not really a deal breaker or dislike for me as I had a lot of coins but some would find this annoying and inconvenient.

Pillows flat had to use 3 to b able to sleep Musty smell Fan in bathroom super noisy aswell as traffic due to being so close to main road Cabin 11 fly screen door was broken, so I had to use a chair so it didn't bang all night

Room was clean and tidy And importantly didn't smell. Stayed in a lot worse places for a similar Price.

Only thing we really didn't like was that we were next to the laundry building. It was lit up like a Christmas tree. Kids found that quite annoying when trying to sleep. Just ask not to be put in cabin 20.

Location. Value for Monday We enjoy the park and pool We like that we have a kitchenette and separate rooms from the children to sleep Our kids love the bunks. Fridge size yes excellent

The cabin we stayed in this time had some damage but nothing major but it didn’t disrupt our stay or anything. We enjoy staying here and will return again.

We booked a cabin for 2 however our family decided they may join us, and the cabin park said that wouldn't be a problem just let them know when we arrived so we could pay the extra. On arrival we found they had upgraded us to a 6 berth cabin which was great. Cabin was clean and comfortable and the whole park was very neat and tidy. Main bed was very comfortable.

A little way out of the main shopping district however after hearing from other wedding guests that stayed in town, ours was a lot quieter.

The staff went out of their way to help us given we were turning up late, even pre-heating our cabin. The cabin was spotlessly clean and fairly new. Generous parking beside the cabin meant we could fit in our VW Transporter van and trailer easily.

The door lock was a little tricky to open. The pillows were fairly flat, but everyone's preferences are so different, it would be impossible to please everyone on this. There were some hoons revving up and down the main street all night and morning, but is obviously no fault of the caravan park

We enjoyed the convenience of being close to a supermarket. It was also very cosy .

The cabin at no.11 was meant to,share the parking bay . This was impossible with two 4WD drives. They just didn’t fit.Fortunately the next door people used another one. Had they not there was nowhere for me to Park

The location of Riverside Cabin Park was great, it was only a few minutes out of Shepparton's township and right next door to a small shopping centre which has a supermarket and some other variety stores which was very convenient. I had read some comments about traffic noise, however as our cabin was situated at the back row of the property, we did not hear any traffic noise during our stay (I could imagine the first row being noisier though, as its just off the main road).
