Having stayed here many years ago prior to the highway bypass this was not appealing due to the road noise. However now that transports are over on the highway noise is not a problem. The interior has been nicely refurbished. Everything was clean and fresh. The once overbearing brown brick walls have been cleverly lightened off and leave the place light and clean. Parking is at the front so easy to bring in luggage in wet weather.

Probably the vanity tap should be replaced to allow the jug to be filled for beverages. Or supply a plastic jug to fill from tap. We used cups to fill the jug.

Close enough to walk to everything in Benalla but still quiet - never heard the traffic. Good communication regarding our late arrival. Air con was effective and quiet. Room nice & dark for sleep at night. Renovated since our last stay, and looks good! Also, we were able to watch our new fave TV release on Prime.

I would've liked a microwave in our room as I use a wheatbag for pain relief. Also found the bathroom floor and shower very slippery when wet.

We arrived too late in the evening to order a breakfast so, next morning we went to the nearby, excellent art gallery and had a superb breakfast there as well as an interesting morning in the gallery itself. My partner said she had not had such a good sleep in months as the bed was so comfortable. It was very quiet and clean. The staff were lovely. The facilities were basic but adequate. Good shower with instant hot water.

Really lovely staff beautifully clean and don't expect your bed to be made and roomed cleaned until we left so thank you for that. Eas just surprised there was no kitchen or place to was dishes in the deluxe room. But all good managed ok. Overall beautiful clean room and very handy location. Staff lovely as well Thank you for the stay!

Just not having a kitchenette to at least wash dishes.

First time staying at a motel and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were small but spacious enough for four. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed and the lovely staff were helpful in showing us around. The bedding was comfortable and rooms really well kept and clean.

We picked this spot because of the EV charging facilities but were disappointed when we found out on arrival that it wasn’t working.

Nice, clean room. The bathroom looked newly renovated. I've stayed at cheap motels before, so I was expecting the usual outdated, run-down room, but that was certainly not the case with the Comfort Inn! Even the small things like a Smart Tv & Lamps with usb chargers to easily charge your phone make it a much more enjoyable stay.

Can't complain about anything.

The king room was spacious enough. It was very clean. Bathroom spotless & renovated. The dishes were very clean & even left cutlery inside a paper bag. The sheets were extremely clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

stayed two nights and we loved it! Very basic room with a queen bed that was very comfortable. But we love simple, basic and clean accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did have a breakfast menu but we decided to eat out. The location is great, just a 5 minute drive to the town centre. It was very quiet while we were there. Only a few others passing by to stay the night and they were gone by the morning. We'll definitely stay here again!

Nothing to dislike, it was to our expectation

To be honest, I was surprised by how much I liked my room (number 21). I didn't realise how small it was when I booked, but it didn't matter. The room is so nicely and compactly laid out, with clean, light coloured walls, that size really wasn't a problem. I've stayed in bigger rooms that felt less welcoming because they were dark or bare brick or something. There was everything we needed. Some other nice points about the place: * Wifi pretty good * Lovely indoor pool, nicely maintained. * Friendly outdoor area with a bit if shade and a BBQ * Drinks (including wine) available at reception

TV was pretty small No microwave, if that matters to you It's not central to the town, but if you're driving that matters little

The room was large and well laid out. The bed was super comfy. The location was a little bit out of town, but suited my needs. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were kind and welcoming.
