Great location, charming motel. Rooms were a great size, beds and pillows comfy and shower was hot. Microwave, toaster, iron, work space, dining table, chairs and a well stocked mini fridge. Staff were only to happy to change my room from upstairs to downstairs as I had to lug around heavy camera gear. Very quiet, excellent tv with streaming too and the wi fi actually worked well, which is not always the case at other places!

I was after a twin room and got a very spacious room where the second bed was a double which fitted in very nicely. The heating was very quiet and effective and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely, made every effort to make sure I had a good stay. Good choices of TV Chanels and apps, eg Youtube. Very happy with the price too.

The room was quite large, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower good and motel was reasonably close to everything, including walking distance to the twice monthly Farmer's market.

The rooms are tired and could do with a refresh, there wasn't enough lighting on the stairs making them dangerous to negotiate at night, and the toilet paper was very thin, cheap and nasty! The toilet paper in the public toilets near Woolies was three times better! Charge $1 extra a night and put the good stuff in - makes a big difference!

Clean. Quiet location. Handy microwave and toaster in room. Sandra was very helpful, good run down on local services. Easy trip to glenrowan to see ned Kelly stuff. Convenient to supermarkets/regular shops and highway. Located in a quiet street.

It is double story …. Not a problem for us. Have a good view. But others may wish a ground floor room.

Greeted at reception by a lovely friendly lady. Instantly made us feel welcome. Room was considerably larger than we expected or even from the photos on line. Very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Room was warm and heating worked well - was pretty quiet overnight too. Close to McDonald's for my early morning latte - winning! Would highly recommend.

Bed was a bit hard for me, but thats a personal opinion.

I think this is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room has plenty of space, microwave, kettle, toaster crockery and cutlery to make a meal and table and chairs to eat at. Fresh milk (not UHT) is a nice touch. I'll happily plan to stay here on my next trip along the Hume.

Very well maintained motel in a great location away from the highway. Extremely helpful and welcoming owners. The room was spacious and comfortable. The motel was within reasonable walking distance of the town centre. An enjoyable stay overall.

The usual motel noise from neighbouring rooms, as the walls between rooms appeared to be plasterboard not brick.

Great location, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Nice pool. Comfy bed (bring your own pillow if you like a skinny one). My room was set up as accessible for those in a wheelchair ( rails in bathroom, shower seat and commode available) As I do not use one, I am uncertain whether the adjustments were set up correctly

Free wifi was fine during the day for work, but once everyone returned to the motel in the evening and switched on their internet TVs it crashed and I had to hotspot the TV from my phone. Perhaps they can hardwire the TVs to a different network. Pillows were all very thick. Luckily I took my own skinny one.

Location was great. Not far from the main road with shops and restaurants close by. The room was so clean and the staff were very accomodating. We asked to check out a little later and they were happy to do this for us. Would really recommend this Motor Inn to anyone. We were all quite happy with this Motor Inn.

For myself the room was great. The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was clean and in great shape (not run down dirty) the TV had all the channels you could want. Great location, easy walk to pubs and restaurants.

Others may find it a little dated but at half the price of others go figure?
