I loved that I couldn’t hear my neighbours or the road. It was very nice to have a place to ourselves and privacy.

The only thing we didn’t like, which ironically is partially the reason we booked the room, was the water pressure. We already live in a place where there is no water pressure at all, so this was the biggest disappointment of our stay. We were so excited to be able to have nice showers and it was the total opposite. Odd, because the last time I stayed here at this Quest, they had perfect shower pressure.

The property location was terrific and the cleanliness was exemplary.

Being charged an extra $25 to park my car securely on site. I feel the room tariff should include onsite parking. Also, the complimentary pass to the local gym/pool was a bonus - but the rules around the pass (the pass being signed out and being signed back in) were laborious and prohibitive to a relaxing visit like mine where I didn’t have defined times. Also, wanting an early morning swim, before 7am, I couldn’t get a pass from Quest Reception. It’d be great to keep the complimentary use of the aquatic centre available, but perhaps have a more relaxed system / agreement of ‘showing your room key to the aquatic centre staff’, or Quest Reception providing single use passes to Quest Apartment guests to pass over your the Aquatic Centre staff.

My request for a quiet room away from lifts was met. Our Queen studio was spacious and well-designed. Other pluses were a good bed and tv, window that could be opened for fresh air, and a small, but functional kitchen with a coffee plunger. The Quest is also in a great location, with easy access to good eateries.

The only small fault with our room was some run-off (on to the bathroom floor) from the shower when in use.

Available staff upon arrival at 9:30pm. Room new, clean and tidy. Car parking access wonderful and easy. Not sure if $20 is fair considering most costumers are paying over $200 per night, should be included. However, with limited parking spots available, it is easy to access hotel from car park and very convenient.

Minimal space for storage of luggage, balcony unavailable and $20 extra for a car park for a night stay. No fan in shower so the bathroom was extremely foggy for 2 people to have a shower. No access to am open window for fresh air.

Very disappointed by the surprise $240 bond on top of accomodation charges on arrival. We have stayed at major city hotels around the country & serviced apartments who only record your card details (as common practice) to cover any extra charges. Charging a bond is over the top, especially when it takes a few days for a refund. Additionally, charging guests $20 for a carpark (in a rural location) is also a bit excessive, considering the cost of an overnight stay. A pity, it is a good venue otherwise.

Great hotel. Superb location. Studio apartment was really comfortable and had a full kitchen and full-size fridge as well as a washer and dryer. I brought an electric throw which made the couch even more comfy and avoided dry lips and itchy eyes from using the heater on blast.

More tea varieties and real coffee would be great. The provided coffee in a tea bag was terrible. Having a stove top espresso maker would elevate the experience as would an electric throw because it's freezing in winter.

Huge rooms. Modern and clean fit out. Good location

"Secure undercover parking" - at an additional cost - is stretching the definition of "undercover". It's only undercover if the spaces under the building aren't occupied by tens of police cars (clearly some deal has been done). Otherwise it's very much not undercover. And probably not worth the expense with lots of parking on the street outside.

Great position. 7 minutes walk to restaurant and town. Opposite the most beautiful Cathedral and garden. They use MOR toiletries (which is my favourite). Spotlessly clean. Coffee Bag, a mini KitKat and hot chocolate available FOC. They have gone the extra mile to make it lovely.

Nothing. Driving to Melbourne from east coast we usually stay at Albury overnight. Wangaratta and Quest is our new favourite

Location was super, in walking distance to the town and local supermarkets. Apartment was very clean. Bed was very comforatble. Linen was of good quality - apartment kitchen very well equiped - parking was for 2 hrs on the road and free all day parking within a short distance - internet was good

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Wangaratta as I had never been. Quest is located a four minute walk from the train station and a two minute walk to the venue I needed to attend the following day. Great spot for an out of towner making a short visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Staff were friendly.

Nothing! This isn’t even a major thing, but the room had a waterfall shower which was lovely, but I would have loved a shower cap so I could avoid getting my hair wet.
