The rooms were quite spacious. The beds were really comfortable. It was very cold but the Air conditioning kept the apartment warm. A short drive to the Main Street.

The parking was a distance from the room. No parking in front of the room, we had to walk to the room. It was raining so quite uncomfortable. There was a couple of undercover parking spots, the rest was open. The grounds around the garden looked tired and unkept. The approach to the reception was dinghy and grubby outside. The reception wasn’t open when we arrived, so we phoned the number and was quite difficult to converse with the person on the line as their English was not good.

It wasn't the first time we stayed, and it won't be the last. This is our "go-to" place to stay when in Benalla. It had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and warm, which was really appreciated considering the nights were below zero outside. Location is close enough to Safeway, Aldi, Macca's and KFC, to be convenient without being directly on the main road. .

I know everyone has something that they won't like. Yes it's a bit dated, but no complaints here. Suits our needs.

Staying in Benalla for a sprint event at Winton. Had not stayed here previously and was pleasantly surprised. Arrived in the cold dark and wet. Person at Reception was welcoming and i found my room easily. When I walked in it was cold, but the heating worked really well, and there was also an electric blanket. In no time it was warm. A very easy place to stay with some undercover parking for a car.

There was a small pot hole in the side carpark, nothing major.

The size of the apartment and the overall cleanliness. Also the privacy of the apartment from others. It was a well set out property.

We arrived in 40 degree heat and although the pool was lovely none of us could go in for a swim as there are no handles/grab rails at the steps down into the pool. We are retired older people and felt that if we entered the water we could not navigate the steps to get out without a grab rail. We found this very disappointing.

Only stayed one night while travelling but it was perfect for what we needed. Kids enjoyed having a swim in the pool when we got there, nice spacious room and the beds were definitely the most comfortable we had during our holiday.

Didn’t see any staff at all while we were there. Key was left for us and the we placed in box when leaving. There was nobody around that we saw at all. There were dispensers for body wash, shampoo and such, but some of them were empty.

Loved how roomy it was. After spending a fair few nights in little motel rooms it was great to be somewhere that felt like a little home. Really appreciated the extra bed in the lounge, travelling with my son and father, it was nice for us to be able to spread out and have our own spaces. And loved being able to wash and dry clothes in the laundry!

From memory the shower temp was a bit tricky to get right.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms & bathroom all had plenty of space & were comfortable. There was a 3 seater sofa & 2 armchairs as well as a spare single bed in the living room too so 5 people could have stayed in the apartment, 4 more comfortably. I really liked the environmentally friendly bathroom products. The pool was clean, a refreshing but comfortable temperature & had a shade at the shallow end. The place was set up for all seasons with good air con in all the rooms & also heating & electric blankets. Sheets, pillows, towels, etc. were comfortable & clean.

The kitchen was missing some basic things like a chopping board. If you were staying a few nights & wanting to cook meals you’d need to buy things like oil, salt, etc. Hand washing of dishes was required before leaving so you’re trusting that the people who stayed before you did a good job or washing dishes before you use them. There was a used towel in a bedroom cupboard so not sure how thoroughly things are checked over between stays. We had a knock at the door before checkout time to make sure we were leaving, the lady was friendly but I’d have preferred to be left to ourselves since we were still easily within time.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Nice t have the kitchen and cutlery and it was well spreadout from the other rooms so it had a feel of privacy.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work in heating mode and the gas heater would not go either. It wasn't that cold but would have been nice to take the chill of the air on the cool night before bed. I didn't bother the staff as it was only a few nights stay and we were busy through the days.

Very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer. Close to town. Had a couple of teething problems on arrival but the host was quick to respond and provide a workaround. Cleaning lady also very pleasant. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Needs some general maintenance and a spruce up.

We stayed here last year and the place was clean and comfortable but was a little tired. We returned this year and it is looking much nicer, gardens are being maintained and units are being renovated, staff were very helpful. We will definately be back next year and look forward to seeing what other improvements have been made.

We have no complaints they are doing a good job.
