The available laundry room if needed, comfy bed, door signs for house keeping, roomy space, couch available in room. Key card was already in so the lights were on on my arrival. Some people do not know this method so good to tell on arrival. Beautiful horse themed art everywhere.

Good location except on Friday night you could hear an announcer and crowd from my track view room (not requested to have a track view room specifically). My paper woolies shopping bag was taken after first day from housekeeping. It was left on the bench near kettle. Lucky it had rubbish in it but I may have wanted to use that bag again. How was housekeeping sure it was rubbish as it was on the bench? Should not have been touched. Took until my last night of a 4 night stay to figure out how tonorder room service. Took until the 2nd night of a 4 night stay to find the wifi code and password information. Either this should have been mentioned at check in or the room should have an all in one information booklet on where to find everything.

Location was perfect for our event nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We have stayed at the Mantra Melton before and was as good as previous stays.

Upon arrival we were greeted very well and given our room keys. When we went to the room it had unfortunately not been serviced from the previous guests stay. This was only a minor issue as the staff were very apologetic and we were relocated to another room. We were also offered complementary drinks for any inconvenience.

Loved how clean and spacious our room was. Also loved that each room was named after a winning horse with details and picture of the horse inside. It was a really nice touch and a good conversation topic with friends and family when we got home. The staff were wonderful! Both helpful and friendly.

The gap in the joined single beds wasn't great.... but otherwise really clean and comfortable. The argument outside our room after midnight wasn't helpful to sleep either.

Good location on state route: easy to get to. Lots of free parking. The room was quiet. Our room was large and well equipped with hot drinks, kettle, fridge, and air con. Bed comfortable. Good shower with separate bath. Nice toiletries. Great little area for complimentary continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat an evening meal there, but there is a nice looking Bistro attached, overlooking the racecourse. Would definitely stay again.

Be aware of the steep steps to access the hotel (ramp is provided. Lifts inside for upper floors). It is outside the town, which means no other eating places within walking distance.

Very clean and the deluxe king room was very spacious. Bed was really comfy and didn't get much sound at all except for the water pipes. Free brekkie service was really appreciated.

The sound of flowing water in the walls at 6am was disconcerting!! So just depends when other guests are using the bathroom as to whether it would affect you, and not sure if it was just our room or others too.

Great venue, situated in good spot with harness racing - loved the themed rooms, only pit fall was having my jacket stolen in the pokies but that was my fault - staff reviewed camera footage and all.

No camera in corner of pokies where we sat and i left my jacket. Wasn't told there was room service?? Not sure if there was, but i would have used it for breakfast Sunday Morning after a big night out, missed buffet breakfast because we woke too late.

We didn't partake of the meals as we were visiting family for meals who live in Melton. The rooms were a great size, bed was roomy and so comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower and for a family, there was a bath for little ones.

Would have been nice to have the room serviced every day but we were aware there were staff shortages.

Huge room, lovely furnishings, and very clean. King sized comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Room named after horse is nice touch. Full length wardrobe mirrors. Doors secured from 8pm requiring room card to obtain access. Minimal road nice, not enough to hinder sleep. Complimentary breakfast.

Bathroom lighting needs to be brighter over mirror. Curtain was torn from curtain runners affecting closure.

Absolutely fantastic stay, thank you! I don't usually write reviews but wanted to say a special thank you to the lady on reception who organized a microwave for me (to make bottles for my baby easier) and told me about the laundry, plus the lady that organized a phone charger for me when mine broke. The facilities were really clean, excellent shower pressure and comfy beds/pillows too. I had a perfect stay. Highly recommend and thanks again!

The location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, room ammenities and onsite restaurant make it a wonderful place to stay when visiting Melbourne. The complementary light breakfast and pricing made it all that much better. Will definitely stay again.
