We booked last minute on the day that we stayed, as we needed a room for one night whilst we were moving house. The venue was able to facilitate us last minute and for a good price. They were also able to accommodate late check-in as we got there around 8pm (late check-in until 10pm). There was also an underground gated carpark that meant our vehicle was safe and secure overnight, rather than parked on the street. There was an elevator directly from the carpark to our room floor. Apartment was large and spacious. Kitchen was large and well equipped though we didn't need to use it. Bathroom was clean and disability accessible, also loved the complimentary soaps and toiletries. Bedroom was separate from lounge area, but with large glass wall to allow in natural light. Small balcony equipped with table and chairs. Building was very quiet, no noise from outside getting in. Convenient location, close to restaurants, library and shops. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

There was no information in the room about free WIFI, so I'm not sure if there was any or not, but having stayed at other Quest locations, this is usually included. The tv was not a smart tv, so no option to cast streaming services from phone or log into accounts. Took a while to work out how to turn on tv. The dual heating/cooling units in our apartment and bedroom weren't working, but as it was a mild night, was not really needed. Did report this to staff on check out the next morning, and they were very apologetic and promised to look into it.

Close to town and convenient to the place we were visiting

Was abit disappointed that when we first arrived the visitor before us had not checked out of our room. We had driven 8 hours to get there and had a 2 1/2 wait before we could check into our room . Staff notified us at 11:30 that the previous guest hadn’t checked out but didn’t seem to be doing much to rd tidy the situation. We had to go to the local shopping centre to pass the time when all we really wanted to do was go to our room and rest after the long drive.

Housekeeping Oversight: There was an instance where the requested room cleaning was overlooked, despite informing the reception. This lapse in service, regardless of the reason, slightly detracted from an otherwise positive stay.

We have stayed here before, visiting family and we are from New Zealand. We really enjoyed the beds the first time beause they were so comfortable, and they were jsut as comfortable again this time. We enjoyed the whole apartment because it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location - very handy to grocery stores and lots and lots of eateries. We also enjoyed the fact that the carpark was locked up and it made our family feel safe the whole time we were there. We will happliy come back and stay here next time we are back in Melbourne.

room was clean and bed was comfortable and loved the conveniance of having the washing machine and dryer in the room made things a lot easier to keep up to date with washing , loved being able to park under ground as well .

would be good to have netflix in apartment and tv in bedroom the tv was a bit out dated , would have been nice to have water in the fridge for arrival and maybe a rail to hold onto whilst getting into the shower that was inside the bath tub .

The hotel is in a great location within a short walking distance of a great variety of restraunts and a slighly longer walking distance to the train station. The room was large, the bed wide and comfortable. The kitchenette was well laid out and provided necessary cooking utensils. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone. I parked my car in the basement for a small fee for ease of access.

After our friendly check in we went up to our apartment which looked comfortable. While my husband was at our car getting our suitcases the baby in next apartment began to cry. We did not want to have a disturbed night (experienced this few years ago at another hotel in Brisbane) so we immediately went to reception & requested another apartment. Although this took longer than we thought, we were offered an upgraded apartment on a different floor which we gratefully accepted. This apartment was very comfortable, more spacious and very quiet.

I'm not sure about big glass window in bedroom that looks out to lounge area. I noticed curtain rod holders at top. Unfortunately shifting apartments took time but it was worth it! I did think Quest hotels may have had 11am check out.

I liked that it had a kitchenette so I could have a coffee, liked that it had all toiletries included. Felt safe as you could only access the elevator with your room swipe card.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. NO parking. I parked in the street out the front of a house, happy that nothing happened to my car. There was parking undercover but was only for THE DIMMYS SHOP.

The room was spotless and bed extremely comfortable. The fridge was of the size where we could have large juice bottle and bubbly bottles, which isn't always the case with hotels with very small fridges. Overall, we were impressed for a hotel at this price point.

It was a little noisy. Not too bad, but every 40 minutes or so, something seemed to either be running loudly through pipes or perhaps outside blinds/shutters rattled for a couple of seconds, at moderate noise level. Whatever it was t was outside our window. It didn't disturb our sleep, though.

Have stayed before and will stay again. Excellent location and great 2 bedroom unit for family. Everything we needed and expected for the price except what is noted below.

very disappointed for the price we paid to have 2 bathrooms but unable to get hot water in showers. Bought it to attention of staff who advised us to run the water in the bath first so obviously a known problem. Did not help and had luke warm to cold showers for 5 days.
