It's right smack in the center of town. Quaint, lovely bar downstairs with big spacious rooms upstairs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the beer was great! I especially loved the sours and the chocolate ale. Bar closes at a certain time, but the staff let us stay abit later, keeping the back door open for us to go up to our rooms. Bathrooms were heated and huge, and the showers had good strong water pressure. Good wifi too.

Only complaint is that the beds were way too hard. The mattresses felt like those hard ones in Southeast Asia. Everything else was amazing.

The location is perfect. The brekky just a continental (with no knives to butter the toast and no-one to ask)

You book on booking.com but dont get the booking.com benefits eg late cancellation pay on arrival. they ring you and ask for payment straight away. So in my opinion shouldnt be on booking.com

The room was perfectly set up to accomodate our family of four. The breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed. Staff were friendly, explained everything well and approachable. Lovely views. Perfect for our needs.

Being a brewery and open late, it was very loud and in this particular night there was some disruption outside. We were exhausted so it didn’t bother us however if we had not had anything on, it would have been a bit too disruptive for the kids.

A lovely large room. Comfy bed, good to have a bath as well as a shower. Coffee and tea in the room along with a good selection of provisions left for breakfast items. Hairdryer quickly delivered when requested. Friendly staff and good beer brewed on site. Food available but also close to local restaurants, the Mexican was very good. Would certainly recommend the Brewhouse for an overnight stop.

The restaurant was outstanding, I had the pork belly and the gnocchi, both fabulous! Breakfast was good, I loved the banana bread.

The bed was a little hard for my liking.

When booking 8 months in advance we requested check in to be 1 hour earlier as we were attending a wedding out of town that afternoon and needed to prepare. Denied- check in is check in time only!

Continental breakfast was very good and hotel location was excellent. There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. Would recommend in a heart beat.
