The pleasant stay started of well with a free pickup from the airport. Checkin staff were so friendly and the room was excellent, overlooking the pool. The location is good for exploring the China town area and there’s bus stops nearby to go to Town Beach or Cable beach at low price. It’s easy to walk to Coles supermarket and Woolworths is about 30 minutes walk The kitchen was fully equipped and beds/ towels spotless and cleaned daily Every staff member was great

They close the pool at around 9 am for chlorination and often didn’t reopen for ages, but this may be a staff shortage problem.

Check-in - the staff requested for my credit card information for a "bond"; I asked why, and she looked as if she did not know what to say. I had never heard of it before, and the app indicated that it was cash, not my credit card information... On Thursday, the music was extremely loud until late.

There was a full on rainstorm after I arrived and the staff were very good helping us out with eating & entertaining options especially as they had to deal with a number of overstaying guests who couldn't leave town to get back to work lkocations out of town due to flooded roads.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Although not the most modern, it had what we needed and was serviced daily by very pleasant staff. The hotel stored our luggage and they run an airport pickup service. The location was excellent as it was close to restaurants and a supermarket. By having a car we were able to access Broome and it’s beaches easily. However, there is an excellent bus service which runs half hourly for those who don’t have a car. The bus stop is directly outside the premises.

All went well. Staff kindly provided a credit voucher in the restaurant as a sorry for the failing air conditioner in room 12. Thanks to the staff for helping resolve the issue for us.

Bathroom is admittedly a little outdated but it was clean and functional. If you renovate it I assume costs to stay will increase too.....? I was happy with bathroom

Room was comfortable, pool was directly in the centre on the complex which was easy to access and location was right in the centre of town so it was very close to shops and bus stops.

It’s location- in the centre of everything and close to public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and always prepared to go the extra many mile.

A little dated but clean and comfortable

I chose the Roebuck because I had been there before in 2000, it was central. had a twin room, a balcony and it was a secure area for me to have my grandchildren at times. The staff, the location and the excellent facilities served me well. Thankyou Stephen Flynn

The location gave easy access to Attractions. Parking was great and having a Pool is always a bonus. Staff were very helpful.

The chairs in the room need to be replaced. Not comfortable and falling apart. Could fall.

Room was large with shared balcony overlooking the pool. Within walking distance of town attractions and near bus stop yo Cradle Beach.

I was disappointed that they didn’t allow early check-in although they did let me in half an hour before 2pm. Likewise no late checkout.
