The view was lovely; the downstairs sitting area in reception gives you a different place when you feel stuck in the room and the activities area is great. Staff were lovely.

We did not have a smart TV and so could not use streaming - which is ridiculous. Other internet services were good. We had a bit of rain on two occasions and there is a dip at the front door that is hard to see and fills with water which is not safe. The bathroom fills with water on the floor when you shower - because the curtains are so short?

Excellent staff and the location is very good. The rooms were large enough for my daughter and grandchildren to feel comfortable when they were in together.

Rooms are a little 'tired' looking with things like cardboard wedge being used to (more or less) balance the fridge in my room so that the door did not get more than a little stuck on the carpet. The potholes in the driveways are enormous for my little car. Overall, the rooms were a little pricey for the quality of the fittings but the staff were very pleasant and helpful so that countered it inconveniences.

The pool area facilities was fantastic, definitely be bringing the family back! The views of the ocean were gorgeous, even on an overcast day. The reception staff were very friendly and you could tell there was a genuine care in the level of service ask the staff provided. I was there for an event and the wait staff were also fantastic. The room service food was beautiful, I ordered very close to restaurant closing time, and it was still cooked and served fresh and fast. Loved hearing the waves from my bed as I drifted off to sleep.

Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming, apparently the chef was unwell, I understand, but the only thing appetising for me was a croissant. I wanted bacon and eggs but only hard boiled eggs were available.

Had a room with sea and was excellent.

Bar was not open on a Monday. Swimming pool not heated. When I turned on the reverse cycle air-conditioned it fused the electrics to plug sockets. That may have been coincident. But it was attended to very quickly, but I couldn't contact reception by phone at 8.30am, even though when I walked over someone was there. The phone went to a recorded message. But all the staff were fantastic. The Maintenace man was so polite and got the problem fixed very quickly.

Very clean, spacious ocean view suite with a beautiful view. The room was extremely comfortable and offered everything we needed. Parking was plentiful and convenient to the room. We ate in the restaurant and the staff here were excellent. So welcoming and attentive. The menu was limited due to the holiday period, but our meals were lovely.

A small detail. It would have been nice to have a nicer furnished balcony with more than just 2 plastic chairs.The view is so lovely It would have been nice to have some more comfortable seating and a table to settle in to.

The room was great would stay again. outlook to the pool was really nice and relaxing, the continuing refurnish will enhance the fabulous building and position to Bunbury that has the most wonderful view right across Bunbury.

Just found the shower was a tad small , as i tried to turn and sort the soap dispenser , I hit the tap and it turned off the shower. Im a average size lady. I closed the door noticed on the inside it had mould on door frame around the bottom of door,think it had been missed in the cleaning process.

Room and rest were exceptional. Pool had spiders in it, Sauna has many holes and blowing cold air into the sauna. I love sauna and predominantly chose this property for the benefits of sauna and swimming pool. If sauna isn't important to you - then everything else is exceptional. Apart form sauna experience, the beach walk like magic. Combo of hotel and the beach walk just 6 stars on their own!

Sauna has holes blowing cold air. Swimming pool way too cold and there were big spiders swimming in it. Jacuzzi is WAY-WAY too chlorinated. Swimming in pure chlorine

There are many places to stay in Bunbury, but you cannot beat the location of this one! Right next to the beach with stunning views and sunsets but walkable to town. Rooms recently upgraded to reflect their proximity to the water…very calming, spotlessly clean and coming from the bed industry, I can vouch for the mattresses, they were supportive & very comfortable. Budget wise you can choose from a variety of options, I chose the superior spa suite for its stunning views and large balconies. Other choices all offer spacious nicely decorated rooms, close to the pool or with their own private porches. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff, made to feel welcome with any request I had.. which is another thing that made this place stand out for my stay here

My stay was too short

Nice enough place with a beautiful ocean view. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We ate at the restaurant with friends, it was quite good, prices were probably average and not too expensive apart from the desserts which were over $20 each for nothing special!! We didn't bother!

Like most accommodation in Bunbury, this is very overpriced for what you get, a basic motel room.

The location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, clean accommodation.

The pool is freezing so no one really goes in it which is a shame as the pool is the main highlight and reason we stay here but too cold to get in. You really need to look at heating the pool. The rooms are ok a bit on the small size but ok if only in them a night or two.
