Easy to find. Great secure car park. Welcoming & helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Love the complimentary items in the bathroom. Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air-conditioning was good. Arrived early by one hour but was able to check in. Hot water system to shower rated highly.

The bathroom is outdated, requires modernisation e.g. toilet suite, the current bath/shower with fixed screen. Bath very small and narrow difficult to turn around (manoeuvre) to access soap, towel, washer etc., the fixed screen making it extremely difficult to get in and out of the bath. Toilet was small in comparison to modern toilet suites. Staircase to loft with two single beds were very steep with part of the runs underneath nosing of the above thread. It made it a treacherous climb and descend. The loft had neither sufficient space for suitcases, nor convenient power points for mobile phone charging that we could find.

Such a lovely designed layout and beautiful modern resort style feel to this property! Clean and cosy rooms, with a private and secluded feeling. In a very ideal location in proximity to both the beach, and the town centre! Felt very safe too. Lovely staff - we had a wonderful stay, thankyou all!

One dislike is the size of the sink, it was a little too small, and that’s just being fussy aha! Otherwise I couldn’t fault a single thing!

We have stayed at the quest before and it is by far the best accommodation in bunbury. The staff are amazing, professional and nothing is too hard for them. The pool area is wonderful, amenities close are outstanding including Koombana bay literally 1 min walk, which has cafe's etc. Restaurants and withing 10 min walking distance. Hightly recommend

We stayed here for a family wedding at the dolphin discovery centre which was in walking distance of Quest. As part of the bridal party we used one of the rooms to get ready in and it was the perfect size for us to comfortably fit us all plus the hair stylist and make up artist. We also had a young baby with us and Quest were extremely accommodating having the cot and high chair already set up in the room when we arrived. And lastly we arrived around 2 hours early expecting to just dump our stuff and check in later however the room was already ready for us which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean and well maintained. I also appreciate that the appliances were not cheap brands but good quality ones. It shows that you are willing to spend a little extra for your customers. Also having all the tableware (cups, plates, etc...) and cookware was unexpected, but very much appreciated.

The walls were a bit thin, but that wasn't really an issue, just a heads up for people travelling with kids who might be a bit noisy.

Comfortable bed, fantastic shower - warm and good pressure! Kitchenette came in very handy as well. Room we had was right near a side gate which meant a very short walk to the bay!

Being near main road could hear traffic all times of the day/night even with balcony door shut. Neighbour noise through out the night. Could hear doors closing, clanging plates/cutlery while in the kitchen.

Climbing stairs with my 23kg luggage to get to the room. Noise from other guests (not rowdy at all) - hearing them shower, the doors opening & closing when coming & going. Acoustics could be better. I now wear noise cancelling head phones at night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was incredible! The location was perfection. My kids loved the parks, beach and water park next door. And the dolphin centre was across the road. I would definitely come back.

The pool was a little dirty. Green around the edges.

I liked being near Koombana Bay. Close proximity to town. Security of property.

When I first got to my room door was extremely difficult to open and shut. Went to reception and manager had maintenance fix the door promptly which was greatly appreciated. Very professional.

Extremely quiet, even though on a road, and I never heard any neighbouring guests.

I later found there was a coffee machine at reception to which I could have helped myself - but I didnt realise!
