This hotel has it all; location, facilities, service & ambience. From the moment I arrived the service was excellent and authentic. The parking solution is perfect, especially so close to the Central Park and Old Town. That location could not be better. You get all the advantages of proximity without the disadvantages usually associated with being in the old center. The hotel combines old world charm with a modern infrastructure. Everything works and then there’s an aesthetic touch that adds some indefinable je ne sais quoi that in combination with a strong team is the source of that ambience.

I think 21 euros is a little steep for breakfast, but not out of line with the competition. The restaurant prices were also relatively steep. I suppose that’s the price you pay for excellence.

The Hotel is very close to the Jakomini sqaure - you can easy reach from this square any places in the city. Spa is good, especially the pool.

Above our room a guest start walking every morning 5:30am, and we heard every step of her/his. This is not a Hotel fault. But the room soundproof is not enough. Also the tram is travelling next to the hotel - app. 2m - and we heard in our room even with the window is closed.

Rooms are beautiful, cosy, comfortable and very clean. All the hotel has got a really very pleasant atmosphere. Perfect gym and spa, everything is really clean. Private car park was perfect for us. Breakfast was tasty, everything fresh and the staff very kind and helpful (especially Laurel). Perfect cafe with perfect coffee and cakes. We will come back in the future as we really enjoyed our short stay.

That we couldn't spend more time there.

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, making the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. She spoke my language, so was a plus. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best so far.

I got room nr 405 near the spa entrance, where people constantly came and went, filling the air with noise and chatter.

I liked the location, the room, the spa, the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff!

1 - The spa is clothes free, but this is mentioned only inside a little note on one of the doors, not on booking. It wasn't at all pleasant to enter a misty sauna filled with naked men (coming from a different mentality, this can be quite shocking and unpleasant) 2 - The restaurant might want to consider changing the physical shape of the soup dishes, both for the little amount of the actual food inside and the fact they are harder to consume from - an odd combination of two plates and a spoon, hard to finish the soup with :) 3 - a 4 star hotel, in my humble opinion, should have conditioner and flip flops inside the rooms *given there is a spa in the facility

You can feel the history and attention to detail. I truly regret that we stayed for just one night. There is also a lovely restaurant in the inner courtyard. I would especially like to thank you for allowing pets. I was genuinely impressed by the way they are treated — bowls and mats were thoughtfully prepared in the room in advance. Thank you!

This is a lovely old hotel in a quiet district of Graz. The rooms were attractively decorated and beautifully clean, the staff very helpful and the rose garden restaurant was excellent (their fine dining restaurant was closed on the days when I was free). I especially appreciated the fact that they have removed mini bars from rooms on environmental grounds, and provide a notice explaining this.

A minor point, but if you are noise-sensitive you need to make sure you ask for a room facing the back of the hotel (a tram runs right past the front). Otherwise everything was great.

This hotel ouses old school luxury evrything is in the classic style the breakfast area is large and spacious and the rooms are large as was the bed and well equipped.

Unfortunaty the hotel restaurant was fully booked when we stayed so we were unable to eat there, however that means we will have to go back sometime

Beautiful hotel! As soon as you enter you feel like you are traveling back in time. A hotel with history, clean, with very convenient parking on site. The staff is very polite and discreet, and the restaurant is sophisticated, with incredible food but not expensive. I strongly recommend!

It was perfect!

The Hotel was beautiful & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our rooms were large with an entrance foyer & the bathroom was an excellent size. It is close to restaurants, the town centre, walkable to the river etc. There is a beautiful large park very close, and a smaller park opposite the hotel which is perfect for relaxing in. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel & in Graz, such a stunning place to visit. We would highly recommend ParkHotel Graz 😊
