Our room was spacious, clean and recently renovated with a balcony and a little fridge. Very good breakfast and dinner. The hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff. The private beach with deckchairs is across the road and it is not directly near the lake, it looks more like a stream. But it was quiet and we could hire boats, paddleboards. The hotel is close to a busy road, Billa is opposite the hotel. The area is great for cycling, walks or hiking and there are many places for swimming and water sports.

We were unlucky to have our room facing the road with pretty heavy traffic. But it was possible to close the window and use A/C. We just prefer an open window. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays so we could not enjoy more dinners or an evening drink.

It is a quiet, peaceful hotel. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of options and alternatives. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was a bit of miscommunication with the check in time - we arrived before 9pm, and one of the staff members confirmed that it’s not an issue although when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. Finally a nice gentleman helped from the restaurant, but he didn’t give any information about the breakfast, restaurant. After a long day, we would have liked to have dinner in the restaurant but it was full of locals and non residents so we would have had to wait more than an hour. Of course there were not other food options available nearby which was very unfortunate.

We stayed probably in the newer part of the building. The room was of smaller size but sufficient with large bed and comfortable matrasses and pillows. Bathroom was spacious and perfectly clean. Sauna was awesome. Breakfast does not include warm meals, however the options offered were very good quality - fresh bread and pastries, great variety of cheeses, salami, hams or fresh fruits. Unfortunately due to bad weather we didnt use the hotel beach but we saw it and I cant wait to visit it next time.

Breakfast is very good. room is spacious and clean. staff is friendly. view is beautifu. Parking is quite good although sometimes overcrowded.

if the hotel is equipped with elevator, it would make much easier and accessible for elderly people and with heavy luggage for longer stay. it was quite tiring to bring even small cabin luggage to the second floor after a long drive. if the window is fitted with mosquito screen, it would be pleasant to stay with window open in summer months.

Nice hotel near the lake. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a small bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant short stay. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, full of locals eating and drinking :)

Probably during spring and summer the hotel is in a good position for vacation on lake but, the area is not so nice: the hotel is on a street, 20mins bus distance from the city center and the railway station, 5 mins from the University. International breakfast was just standard: nothing special or high quality products.

It is a nice cosy hotel kept in impeccable condition. The single room was rather small, but still included sufficient space for all the luggage one may require. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room had air conditioning. The hotel has a private parking space, however not a garage. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt as well as Wörthersee Stadium, however is not close to the city centre. Breakfast was excellent - a wide array of savoury as well as sweet dishes: several types of ham, salami, cheese, vegetables, fruit, sweet pastries, croissants etc.

The single room did not have a refrigerator. Price of 97,70 EUR for one night in a three star hotel in Goritschitzen, suburbs of Klagenfurt, is not inexpensive.

Peaceful and relaxing environment. Bed was big and comfortable.

Centralized heating a bit too high. Fruit salad and fruit bowls had the same fruits for at least 4 breakfast mornings. I understand there was a lot of leftover from Easter, but some strawberries were starting to rot, as well as stale fruit salad.

Easy to find, quick check in and check out, pretty breakfast room, quite good breakfast food. Room facing the street but nonetheless quiet. Easy parking on the premises. Perfect for a one night stay when attending an event in Klagenfurt or at Maria Loreto restaurant.

would have liked more pillows in the bed and a lamp on the desk and by the sofa to read at night without disturbing the other person in the room .

When booking the room, picture shows river and deck chair but near the hotel there is no river. River Glanfurt is far away.

It is such an amazing hotel, I don't know why it is 3 stars (probably for administrative reasons, like not serving lunch). Looking at comfort, cleanliness, style it is better than most of the 4 stars hotels in the Mediterranean and definitely better than 5 stars outside of Europe. The rooms are spotless and super clean, the breakfast room and the restaurant is so stylish, you really get that Austrian feeling. The breakfast selection is plenty. The location is great, in the green in beautiful surroundings, with a couple of restaurants around, the lake is about 5 mins by bicycle. Oh, and the beach area by the hotel! So quiet, so great! There are SUPs and paddle boats available for free to use. Herr Rösch was very kind. We cannot wait to be back!
