Everything was perfect. The room is big enough and has space for two. Everything was clean. We were provided with towels, robes, and a big bag for the swimming pool/sauna. The restaurant at the hotel was nice, all the meals were delicious. There is a café as well which has good coffee. The swimming pools are clean. There is a park nearby and the lake is in a walking distance. Hats off to the staff, all of them were super polite and helpful, fluent in English and German.

The only thing I would really like to change is the outside swimming pool, because most of the time it is overcrowded with people/athletes who train. The training starts early in the morning, and we could hear them because our room's view was directly into the pool.

I have only positive memories of staying at this hotel. I can't remember where I would have such excellent service! I am sincerely grateful to all the staff: reception, restaurant, spa. You are super professionals and your friendliness and kindness lubki conquered me. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The city beach with incredible views is a 10-minute walk through a beautiful park. You can also rent a boat or catamaran and take a walk along the canal and feel like you are in Venice. The price-quality ratio is absolutely justified. I will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. First of all, we were very impressed by the modern and futuristic design of the hotel. We found it very appealing and unusual. We were delighted with our room on the 3rd floor. The room was very modern, clean, and the balcony was a huge plus as there was a wonderful view of the mountains and nature. We spent several evenings relaxing on the balcony and enjoying life. The employees were polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast with its great variety of dishes. I often miss freshly made porridge in some hotels, so I was very glad that there was tasty porridge every day. The coffee from the coffee machine tasted great. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant twice and enjoyed the dishes. We appreciated that there was a mini ping-pong table at the hotel and enjoyed using it. We also liked the spa area with its two swimming pools. It’s great that it’s possible to swim both inside and outside and enjoy beautiful views. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would love to come back to Klagenfurt and stay at this hotel again.

We liked everything

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The rooms are spacious and cleaned and the pool and fitness are included in the price. The pool area is spacious, you have an amazing view outside with big windows and a place where you can step outside, on a dock, if you want. The staff was so friendly, helpful and always there to help if needed. The pool opens at 6AM until 10PM and the sauna from 10AM. It is pretty close to the lake and you can enjoy a walk into the forest. This is definetly a great place where you can relax. There are some close restaurants nearby, in case you don’t want to eat at the hotel’s restaurant and they offer a lot of extra activities. The parking is free and they offer a lot of spaces. They also have numerous charging station.

Lovely hotel, near the lake and handy for public transport. The room was very comfortable and stylish with a great view from the balcony. The gym was well-equipped and the spa facilities were lovely for relaxing after sight-seeing.

The restaurant was relatively expensive with a limited selection. We mostly ate elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful for early checkin and later checkout. Location was perfect. Inside swimming pool was very good and with warm water. Room was very clean and comfortable.

When you pay for a 4 star hotel, you think that the minimum you will find in the room is a bottle of water or a coffee machine, but nothing was included. This is a tip, it doesn't affect my rating much.

The hotel highly exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, from the location and the spa with an indoor pool to the size of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. The thing we liked the most is that the spa area is open till 22.00. Definitely one of the very best hotels we stayed in :)

I would appreciate an earlier check-in (at 14.00 for example), the price of the breakfast is very high.

Everything was perfect and the staff thought even on the very last detail, it was my boyfriend's birthday and they gave us a chocolate bar with happy birthday written on and a letter with his name and happy birthday on it. Very cute, when i asked online for some rose petals they put it on the bed with a heart shape and everything was very perfect. The food was awesome and the roomservice was super fast. The name move and relax really deserve its name, if u want to stay fit and super relaxed come to this place. The bar downstairs is not a part of the hotel really but its awesome also. At the reception u can rent bikes u can take yourself a card with 20% sale on some attractions in Klagenfurt and way more... All in one i can keep going to write awesome stuff about our stay but you got to see yourself its super relaxing and perfect for a couple stay to have some romantic private time. Clean , modern , facilities good gym,hired ebikes, staff spoken excellent English and were super friendly. Offered boat hire at extra cost again man was fluent in English. Rooms overall were stunning

No tea coffee facilities in room, pillows super soft and air con didn’t really blow cool air but apart from that overall stay was really good

The room was very clean and had lots of towels and extra slippers, robe, toiletries. We stayed in October and the weather was still a but warm. The room’s ac wouldn’t get cold so it was uncomfortable. We talked to the front desk and Rebecca tried her best to make us feel comfortable. Fortunately the next day it was cold outside so we just slept with our windows open. One night we wanted to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant but the server said they were full and were only accepting reservations. We were disappointed because it was my son’s birthday and we wanted to have a good dinner. We talked to Rebecca and he helped us get a table. Rebecca is an angel she handled all our concerns and make sure we were happy with our stay! The hotel’s spa facilities were great as well! Nxt time i visit Klagenfurt i would stay here again.

Rooms were hot. And the guy server from the restaurant turned us away the first time.
